1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Neil Vanderbilt! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Terppi Maekinen! The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Gregory Folan and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Maekinen throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Maekinen ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Vanderbilt moves away. Vanderbilt takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
It looks like Neil Vanderbilt has been cut. Maekinen swings for the body but Vanderbilt moves out of range.
Vanderbilt drops his hands momentarily and Maekinen takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Vanderbilt avoids the body shot from Maekinen.
Maekinen throws a jab but it's blocked by Vanderbilt. Maekinen misses with a straight left. Maekinen misses with a hook. Maekinen will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Maekinen jabbing away but nothing is landing. Vanderbilt throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. Neil Vanderbilt has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Terppi Maekinen is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Vanderbilt closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hasis shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Brodan as he avoids it easily. Hasis will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Hasis looks gassed! Brodan swinging wilding here.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Hasis is defended easily by Brodan. Brodan leaves Hasis with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Brodan swinging wilding here.
Azis Hasis is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Hasis looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

That will keep Dali thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Maximus has taken the fight to the clinch.

Dali isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Maximus stacks Dali on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Maximus! Dali tries to bench press Maximus off him but Maximus keeps the position. You can see the frustration on Dali's face as Maximus controls the position. Maximus has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Maximus scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Dali to see if he's OK.

Maximus is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Dali Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Maximus's back instead. Maximus tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! Maximus is trying desperately to improve position.

Mur shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Mur won't allow Clay to get back to his feet. Mur in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Mur will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Clay is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Mur comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Mur bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Clay's head backwards.

Mur feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Clay's calf. Clay wants to clinch and Mur counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Mur. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Mur is standing up over Clay. Clay looks to escape but Mur dives into side control.

Mur shoots in looking for a takedown. Clay tries to sprawl out of it but Mur keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Clay manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Mur will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Clay throws a head kick but Mur moves out of range.

Clay will feel that in the morning.

Clay throws a lazy head kick and Mur counters with a straight right hand. Mur tries to land a front kick but Clay steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Clay tries to clinch but Mur moves away and Mur counters with a nice leg kick. A head kick misses from Clay. Mur lands a really nice looking cross but Clay seems unphased.

Clay feints and as Mur raises his hands in defense, Clay changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Mur has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. Mur shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Mur was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Clay is desperately trying to improve his position but Mur has a good base and remains in mount. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Mur in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.

Mur stalks Clay and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Clay's face. Clay staggers backwards, shaken. Clay with a poor takedown letting Mur counter with a right hand. Clay tries to move into range but Mur moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Clay slips a straight right by Mur. Clay showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Mur.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wandrei looks for a takedown but Fleek sprawls well. Wandrei doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Wandrei changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Fleek tries to avoid it but Wandrei manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Fleek to the ground.
