Jorge Turolla struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 206.3lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Jorge Turolla told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Osorio lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Souza has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Souza and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Souza has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Osorio can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Osorio got a little sloppy there for a moment and Souza has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Osorio has managed to get both his arms back between Souza's legs - danger averted.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Souza. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Whack! Souza lands a heavy head kick that drops Osorio. The ref tackles Souza to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Osorio was done.
