The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hood uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Thorsen.
Hood tries to clinch up but Thorsen circles away and keeps his distance.

Thorsen throws a right hand that Hood ducks under and follows up with a left that Hood also avoids with ease.

Thorsen feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Hood sprawling to the canvas! Hood rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Thorsen finish him?!
Thorsen connects with a superb combination that knocks Hood out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Thorsen before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Hood!
