Fresco escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Concepcion gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Concepcion loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Concepcion is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Fresco is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
A slow jab from Fresco misses its intended target.

Fresco gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That was a close round but I would say that Angel Concepcion will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Concepcion shoots in looking for a takedown. Fresco tries to sprawl out of it but Concepcion keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Fresco manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Concepcion ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Fresco moves away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Concepcion swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Oh but Concepcion is tightening it up a little... Fresco has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Fresco reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Fresco taps out! nice BJJ there by Concepcion!
