The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quinell works Bastard's body with a nice hook.
Bastard tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Quinell swivels and escapes.
Horrible takedown by Bastard or perhaps it was just good defense by Quinell which made him look bad.
Quinell moves into range and connects with a jab.
Bastard doesn't manage to clinch there - Quinell circles away.
Quinell goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

It looks like Big Bastard has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Quinell scores with a decent looking hook.
Quinell lands with a right and another and another! Bastard is in big trouble! Quinell lands again and this time it's lights out for Bastard! A quality knockout there for Quinell.

Ernie seems to have locked his on tight now - Thomas screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Ernie, as he picks up the win!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to iam getcha.
