Jenkins is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Gardeau defends it well.
Jenkins is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Gardeau doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Jenkins.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jenkins is working for an americana but Gardeau has been sneaky and has managed to get back to half guard, whilst Jenkins was thinking about the submission.

Jenkins drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Gardeau manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Jenkins has Gardeau in his guard.

Jenkins isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Gardeau stacks Jenkins on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Gardeau!
