The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yankowy tries for a takedown but MacLennan sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

MacLennan jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Yankowy walks away with a smile on his face. MacLennan gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

MacLennan closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Yankowy to the mat! Yankowy manages to get full guard.

Yankowy has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but MacLennan can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Mikhail throws a right and a left that Menchov avoids nicely.
Vladimir Menchov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Menchov on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Mikhail. Mikhail obviously looking to wear him down.
Menchov stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Mikhail.
Mikhail throws a right and a left that Menchov avoids nicely.
Mikhail will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Mikhail throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Menchov stumbling backwards into the cage! Menchov bounces back off the cage towards Mikhail, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Mikhail lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Mikhail celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

Barnes steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Coranth's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Coranth just didn't come prepared.

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Burdon Ambler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roger Schwarzeneg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Burdon Ambler had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 186.6lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Schwarzeneg shoots for a double leg takedown but Ambler sprawls well. He's pushed Schwarzeneg's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Ambler really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Ambler can't do much from the bottom here.
Ambler is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Schwarzeneg's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Schwarzeneg throwing shots but Ambler is blocking nicely.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Schwarzeneg wants to free his trapped foot but Ambler is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Ambler makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Ambler.

Schwarzeneg drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Ambler manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Schwarzeneg has Ambler in his guard.
