The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gondor lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Gondor.

Norte is persisting with his attempts to control the action in the clinch, rather than do any real damage.

Gondor is trying to trip Norte. He has hold of a leg but Norte is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Gondor persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Gondor is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Norte is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Norte flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Gondor anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Norte and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Gondor slips an arm under Norte chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Gondor has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Gondor is squeezing on Norte like an anaconda would it's prey. Norte fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

I think Allerdyce might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Fire Track. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?
