The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sprawls throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Kimbro feints and as Sprawls raises his hands in defense, Kimbro changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Biggie Sprawls will probably get the nod.

Meister comes into the arena with Amazing blaring out of the sound system. Spinx is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Eye of the Tiger. Meister throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Spinx stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Meister changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Spinx tries to avoid it but Meister manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Spinx to the ground. Spinx escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Hager Meister.
I think Spinx has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Lu connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Stone tumbling to the canvas! Lu pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Stone was done - good stoppage!

Vo lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Granger circles away quickly and effectively.
Vo misses with a wild combination.
No joy there for Vo, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Granger shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Vo but Vo pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Granger tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Vo swivels and escapes.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Vo lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Vo manages to work his way to half guard, despite Granger's best efforts.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Vo is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Granger pulls his head out easily.

Vo slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

Vo escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Granger gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Vo working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Granger doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Granger manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Granger drops back looking for a leg! Vo is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Vo manages to kick Granger off! Granger jumps back into Vo's guard.
Granger wants to control from the top but Vo keeps moving.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Vo is looking for a triangle but Granger pushes his legs off easily.
Granger is pushing down on Vo's leg trying to pass to half guard. Vo is fighting to maintain full guard but Granger has managed to sneak the leg through.
Granger works his way into side control.
Vo regains half guard.
Granger uses his free foot to push down on Vo's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Vo.

Vo tries to improve his position but Granger has taken his back! Granger has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Vo tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Granger pushes Vo away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
