The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guy wants to clinch up but Doo keeps it at a distance.
Nice sprawl there from Doo as Guy shoots in.
Doo throws a sloppy head kick and Guy moves out of range easily.
Doo showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Guy.
The fight stays on the outside here - Guy looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Doo throws a head kick that misses.
Doo lunges at Guy with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Guy's hand.

Doo scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Guy wings away with a couple of strikes but they don't land.
Guy is trying to improve his position.

Doo decides to stand up, so the ref orders Guy to his feet.
Guy takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
No luck for Guy with that takedown attempt.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Guy.

Guy swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Doo is now in Guy's guard. A big mistake from Guy there, giving up the dominant position!
Doo knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Guy on the ground.

Tuisku shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in flako's guard.
Tuisku throwing strikes but missing.
Tuisku has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
flako wants to stand up but Tuisku is controlling him.
Tuisku cracks flako with a solid left hand.
Tuisku stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. flako swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Tuisku passes easily into side control. Nice work.
flako is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Tuisku tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Tuisku has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
You can see the frustration on flako's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - flako has eaten all the pies!

A big strike lands for Tuisku! That's really hurt flako and he's turned his back - Tuisku keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Tuisku Jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!

Charles shoots for a takedown but Vahva saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Charles pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Charles slips a jab and a cross from Vahva.

He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Vahva gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Vahva apologises and we restart here on the feet.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Charles uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Vahva.
Charles lands with a kick to the temple. Vahva shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Vahva blocks a head kick by Charles.
Charles takes a jab right on the kisser.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Charles tries a head kick but it misses.
Charles shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Charles avoids the body shot from Vahva.
Charles throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Vahva's waist but Vahva gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Charles off to one side.
Charles tries to close the distance and clinch but Vahva swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Vahva misses with a straight left.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Charles!
Charles shoots in looking for a takedown. Vahva tries to sprawl out of it but Charles keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Vahva manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Charles closes this distance looking for a takedown but Vahva circles away.
Vahva misses with a combination

and Charles counters with a single leg into guard. Vahva didn't expect that.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Charles controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Vahva trying to keep a closed guard but Charles is proving a slippery customer.
