John Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Salsa displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as LaFleche throws out the jab.

Horrible takedown by Salsa or perhaps it was just good defense by LaFleche which made him look bad.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Houzo throws a series of punches but Varsi moves out of range.
Houzo walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Varsi connects with the punch.
Houzo has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Varsi finds it's way round the side to connect with Houzo's head.
Harjan Varsi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Varsi rushes Houzo with punches - Houzo moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Houzo goes down! Varsi follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
