The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Richards smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Billington shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Billington tries to stand but his arm is trapped.
Billington tries to pass the half guard into mount. Richards knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Billington wants to take a breather but Richards is having none of it.
Richards tries to roll over but Billington keeps him under control.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Billington can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Richards is looking to escape.
Billington prevents Richards from getting the reversal.
Richards sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Richards is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Billington's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Billington's back!

Billington is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
Richards is trying to stick to Billington's back but Billington is turning into Richards. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Richards's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Billington.

Balsac shoots for a double leg takedown but Anderson sprawls well. He's pushed Balsac's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Matthew Anderson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Harry Balsac.
Balsac shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Anderson but Anderson pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Balsac pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Anderson was done - good stoppage!

Well Johnsson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
