The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turner throws a quick inside leg kick.
Mbala looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Mbala moves in looking to clinch but Turner pushes him off.
Mbala changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Turner tries to avoid it but Mbala manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Turner to the ground. Turner escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Turner is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

It looks like Boom Bomm Mbala has been cut.
Turner misses with a jab, cross combination.
Turner moves into range and throws a big uppercut. OH! Mbala goes down! Can Turner finish him!?
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Mbala uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Turner.
