The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tanner throws a jab when Raskalnikov was well out of range.
Tanner lands with an uppercut that bounces Raskalnikov off the cage and back into rage.

Raskalnikov is looking to clinch but Tanner is avoiding it.

Tanner throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Tanner misses with a takedown attempt - Raskalnikov sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Tanner has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Raskalnikov's face.
Raskalnikov is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Tanner lands a heavy elbow.
Tanner has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Raskalnikov's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Tanner is landing with some decent strikes but Raskalnikov is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

McLovin throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
McLovin throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Ruska stumbling backwards into the cage! Ruska bounces back off the cage towards McLovin, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! McLovin lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! McLovin celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Mak McLovin!
