A nice combination there by Colossos.

It looks like Antonio Alves has been cut.
Colossos thuds a left hand into Alves's body.

Alves instigates a clinch.
Colossos tries to break the clinch but Alves is controlling the position.

Colossos wanted to stand there but Alves had control of the position.

Alves had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Colossos is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Alves Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Colossos's back instead.
