The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A solid leg kick lands there for Incus.

Sjoblum decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Incus trying to control but Sjoblum postures up.

Sjoblum is looking for a kimura but Incus is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Sjoblum to get the leverage.
Sjoblum wants to lay and pray for a moment but Incus keeps working.
Incus knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sjoblum on the ground.
Incus keeps control of the position for the meantime.
Sjoblum wants to free his trapped foot but Incus is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Sjoblum is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Incus is just riding it out for now. Sjoblum eventually gives up the hold.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
A head kick misses from Incus.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Reynolds throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Reynolds throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Cole closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Reynolds to the mat! Reynolds manages to get full guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Cole gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Cole tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Cole lands a head kick. Reynolds smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Reynolds drops Cole with a right and a left! Reynolds comes rushing in but Cole regains his composure and manages to keep Reynolds in guard.

It looks like Travis Cole has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Reynolds is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Oh Cole is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Reynolds looking to sit in guard and control but Cole gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Cole seems to have got his legs back now.
Reynolds is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Chingon looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Chingon walks forward, straight into a front kick from Kumijalka.
Kumijalka lands a head kick. Chingon smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

It looks like El Chingon has been cut.
