The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lithoxoidis throws a low kick but Swift avoids it.
Swift stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Lithoxoidis throws a chopping leg kick but Swift manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Lithoxoidis throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Lithoxoidis takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Swift is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones lands with a thumping leg kick.
Jones drops Grecosaurus with a left right combo! Jones follows him down to the ground into side control.

It looks like Pentti Grecosaurus has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jones wants to stand but Grecosaurus has his arm trapped.
Grecosaurus tries to buck Jones off but Jones is having none of it.

Grecosaurus is looking to reverse the position.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Jones decides to stand back up. Jones steps back and let's Grecosaurus get back to his feet.
