Davis looks to land a combination but Olivera avoids it well.
Olivera has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Davis.
Davis throws a combination. Olivera tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Davis scores with a jab to the jaw.
Davis paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Davis closes the distance and clinches.

Davis manages to break the clinch.
Davis lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Davis.

Olivera is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Olivera looks to throw the jab but Davis is out of range.
Olivera is still on wobbly legs! Can Davis finish him?
A big right followed by a crushing left from Davis knocks Olivera out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!

Well, if Lui is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Rawls is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Lui's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Lui's back!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Castillo moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

It looks like Merv Bungay has been cut.
Castillo keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Bungay.

Castillo throws a jab when Bungay was well out of range.
Bungay uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Castillo.
Castillo throws a low kick, looking for Bungay's leg but Bungay calmly moves out of range.
Castillo drops his hands momentarily and Bungay takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

It looks like Ervin Castillo has been cut.
Castillo misses with a low kick as Bungay jumps back.

Castillo ducks under a wild hook from Bungay.
Bungay throws and low kick but Castillo moves out of range easily.
Castillo drops Bungay with a left and a right! Oh, Bungay is hurt - Castillo dives into side control looking to finish!

Bungay wants to control but Castillo postures up.
Bungay bucks up and tries to throw Castillo off but instead Castillo has got his back!

Castillo controls the position.
Bungay is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.

Bungay manages to escape to his feet.
Bungay throws the left hand but Castillo avoids the punch easily.
Castillo steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Bungay.
Bungay misses with a looping left.
BOOM! Castillo lands a beautiful left hook that drops Bungay. Bungay tries to recover but Castillo is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Bungay lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Pierre LePew (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daigo Goto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). LePew's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, It's Raining Men. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Goto shoots in but no luck this time.
LePew throws a hook but Goto blocks it.
LePew throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Goto.
LePew pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
LePew fails to land the takedown.
LePew throws the left hand but Goto avoids the punch easily.
LePew throws a right hand that Goto ducks under and follows up with a left that Goto also avoids with ease.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

LePew shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. LePew showed some decent athleticism there.

LePew is looking for a kimura but Goto is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for LePew to get the leverage.

LePew is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Goto defends it well.

LePew is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

LePew is trying to work for a kimura but Goto is defending well.
Goto is trying to get back to full guard.
Goto is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Goto wants to control but LePew is keeping busy.

LePew is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
LePew slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

It looks like Daigo Goto has been cut.
Nice takedown defense from Goto. No joy for LePew on that attempt.
LePew throws a hook to the side of Goto's head but Goto sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Goto takes a swing at LePew's ribcage but misses.
The fight stays on the outside here - Goto looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

LePew misses with a hook.
LePew takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Goto gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and LePew counters with a straight right hand.
LePew doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Goto counters with a nice double leg into guard.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Pierre LePew. That's going to take a lot out of him.

LePew working for a triangle but Goto defends it easily.
Goto must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

LePew escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Goto gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

LePew has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Goto can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

LePew has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Goto doesn't defend quickly enough and LePew has managed to lock this one up! Can Goto escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to LePew on a fantastic submission victory.
