Chese should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

The is referee keeping an eye on Chese - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Chese is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Bicholson can't fight it off and eventually Chese manages to take the fight to the floor. Bicholson looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Chese tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Bicholson cranks the arm and Chese screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Chese, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
