The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jerk fails with a takedown attempt.

Wolfe closes the distance and clinches.
Wolfe tries to land a knee to the head but Jerk blocks with his arms.
Jerk tries to pull guard but Wolfe holds him up against the cage and eventually Jerk drops back down to his feet.
Wolfe could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Wolfe throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Jerk blocks it with crossed arms.

Jerk's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Jerk jumps guard and drags Wolfe to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
