Virtanen throws a leg kick which misses Susi's front leg but catches the back leg as Susi tries to avoid it.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Susi.

Susi is working to tighten is grip on Virtanen's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Virtanen has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Susi is really squeezing tight and eventually Virtanen passes out! Susi breaks the hold and jumps onto the ropes to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Ace shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Johannes pinned against the cage. Johannes gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Ace tries to pull guard but Johannes holds him up against the ropes and eventually Ace drops back down to his feet.
Johannes lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Johannes lands a left hand that snaps the head of Ace backwards.

Johannes pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Ace closes the distance and clinches up with Johannes, looking for a takedown. Ace pushes Johannes against the ropes but Johannes circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Kosti Johannes has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jaydon Ace.
A jab-cross combination lands for Johannes and sends Ace crashing to the mat! Johannes follows him down to the mat - Ace regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Pekka Peruna.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Peruna, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
