Evans shoots in but Gambasetty avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Gambasetty bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Evans manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Blahs.
Blahs tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bluth paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Bluth tries to clinch but Blahs is having none of it.

Blahs feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Blahs cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
