Hail gets caught flat footed, as Simmons shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Simmons working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Hail keeping moving, preventing Simmons from controlling successfully.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Simmons passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Simmons's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Simmons had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Hail is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Simmons Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Hail's back instead.

Hail really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Simmons. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

OFarrell fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
OFarrell throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
OFarrell throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Otway.
OFarrell throws an overhand right that lands on Otway's shoulder, as Otway tries to avoid the shot.

Otway cracks OFarrell with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends OFarrell tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Otway pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! OFarrell is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. marlow has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Eleazar is really squeezing tight and eventually marlow passes out! Eleazar breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
