The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcia throws a low kick, looking for Rose's leg but Rose calmly moves out of range.
Garcia lands a body shot.

Rose gets the takedown into side control.

Rose decides to stand back up. Rose steps back and let's Garcia get back to his feet.
A punch lands to the side of Rose 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Garcia does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Garcia lands an overhand right.
Garcia will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Garcia comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

I think Walley might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Funktasztikus - Finnugor Rap. Lake has chosen Saliva - Super Star as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Savolas fails with the takedown.
Savolas shoots in but Neckpunch avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Neckpunch just misses with a punch to the body.

Neckpunch feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Neckpunch has Savolas pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Neckpunch pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Savolas tumbling to the mat - Neckpunch dives into Savolas's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Neckpunch stops Savolas from getting back to his feet.
Savolas looks gassed!
Savolas is trying to get back to full guard.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Savolas on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Neckpunch avoids a punch combination nicely.
Neckpunch throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Savolas sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Neckpunch lands with a nice body punch.
Neckpunch throws a monster overhand right that drops Savolas! Neckpunch follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
