The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Czechvaka shoots in looking for a takedown. Phart tries to sprawl out of it but Czechvaka keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Phart manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
A right-left combo lands from Phart.
Phart keeps the fight on the outside.
Czechvaka throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Phart's waist but Phart gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Czechvaka off to one side.

Phart gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Czechvaka drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Czechvaka jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

That was a close round but I would say that Cristi Radu will probably get the nod.
