The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Bruno Hogan and Damien Edna.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Hogan looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Hogan waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Warner.
Warner uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Hogan.
Warner tries to close the distance and clinch but Hogan swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Warner is looking to clinch.
Warner uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Hogan.

Hogan pushes Warner up against the cage in a clinch.
Hogan throws an elbow that misses.
Hogan missing with knees to the body.
Warner blocking some punches.
Hogan tries to land knees in the clinch but Warner avoids the damage to the body.
Hogan has a couple of punches blocked by Warner.
Hogan gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Warner.

Warner successfully pulls guard.
Hogan wants to control from the top but Warner keeps moving.
Hogan must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Simeria shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Simeria showed some decent athleticism there.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Simeria connects with a nice short shot to Andrews's temple.

These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.
