The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aho throws a nice looking combination but CTRL bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

CTRL closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Aho blocks a body shot from CTRL.
CTRL lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Aho backwards.

Aho throws a series of punches but CTRL avoids them all with ease.

Aho uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by CTRL.

Hesekiel Paarma is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Diesel Noi.

Ryback walks straight into a right hand from Slaerop - that's dropped him! Slaerop jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Ryback from any more punishment! Ryback complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Kusti comes to the cage accompanied by Rumblejunkie - Dope Angel. Eino Juutilainen told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Schilt can do anything to dispel that myth.

Kong really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Kong has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Jakhotia defend it? Kong steps over the head and cranks it - Jakhotia is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Kong!
