Weissmuller tries for a takedown but LePew sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Weissmuller shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with LePew but LePew pushes him off and we're back to square one.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Weissmuller.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

LePew has control of Weissmuller's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Weissmuller regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Kermodian had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. LaFleche is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Kermodian Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take LaFleche's back instead.
LaFleche looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.
