Both these guys are coming into the fight with injuries so let's see if that has a bearing on the fight. Tosi Retale struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 157.2lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Spede Gonzales could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Tosi Retale's chin.

Karpaasi shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Karpaasi was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
