The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abaddon shoots for a double leg takedown but Bloodfist sprawls well. He's pushed Abaddon's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Tchort Abaddon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bloodfist looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

Fadden changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Reese looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Fadden looks up at the clock and then as Reese takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Fadden smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Fadden controls the position.
Reese manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Fadden is tying to control. Reese wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Fadden stalling away here and it's allowed Reese to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

Fadden gets to his feet. Reese looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Reese is breathing heavily.

Reese goes for a takedown in the clinch but Fadden prevents it.
Reese has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Fadden avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Fadden wants the takedown. Reese is fighting it off but Fadden persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Reese's guard against the cage.

Fadden tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Fadden has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
