The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Cezar or perhaps it was just good defense by Assman which made him look bad.
Cezar closes this distance looking for a takedown but Assman circles away.
Cezar steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Assman.
Cezar fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Robert Assman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Waldo Cezar.
Cezar misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Cezar shoots in and drives through. Assman sprawls well.

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ellis Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anderson has chosen Meet the Monster by Five Finger Death Punch as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Matt Anderson told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Anderson takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Anderson has his foot on Stone's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Stone works his way back into a safe position though.

Anderson is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Anderson is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Stone couldn't care less - he's delighted!
