The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Manuel moves into range and clinches up with Hamer.
Hamer looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Manuel escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Manuel lands a front kick.
Manuel really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Manuel throws a left that rocks Hamer and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Manuel dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Hamer regain composure!

Hamer is rocked!

It looks like Tjerk Hamer has been cut.
Manuel in side control, just content to control the action for now.
Hamer is still in real trouble! Can Manuel finish him?
Manuel will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rumina Endo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cliff Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumina Endo had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 186.6lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Endo clinches with his opponent.
Endo looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Brown is pressed up against the cage. Endo has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Brown down to the mat. Brown avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Endo misses with a takedown attempt - Brown sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Endo will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Brown does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Endo throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Brown's waist but Brown gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Endo off to one side.
Brown lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Brown.

Despite being in the dominant position, Chips Salsa just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Salsa is doing well to control the position and prevent Chekalorax from advancing to side control.

Chekalorax is working for a kimura but Salsa is defending it quite comfortably.

Chekalorax is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Salsa won't allow Chekalorax to pass to mount.

Chekalorax is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Chekalorax is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Salsa is just riding it out for now. Chekalorax eventually gives up the hold.
Chekalorax wants to advance to full mount but Salsa doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Salsa is pulling down on Chekalorax's head. It's preventing any offense from Chekalorax, at least for the moment.

Chekalorax thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Chekalorax is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Salsa knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Well Salsa has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Slota has an Americana. Paelinck didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Slota is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Slota hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

Mirovic closes the distance and clinches up with Sapp, looking for a takedown. Mirovic pushes Sapp against the cage but Sapp circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Sapp moves in looking to clinch but Mirovic pushes him off.
Sapp misses with a jab, cross combination.
Sapp fails with an attempt to clinch.
Mirovic checks a low kick from Sapp.
Sapp throws a right and a left that Mirovic avoids nicely.

Sapp gets a clinch.
Mirovic will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Sapp up against the cage.

Mirovic breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Mirovic fails to land the takedown.
A good leg kick by Mirovic.
Sapp throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Nice takedown defense from Sapp. No joy for Mirovic on that attempt.

Mirovic is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Sapp's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Sapp's back!
Sapp is taking damage to the body and head.
This has been an exciting period of action!
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Sapp is covering up but some of the strikes from Mirovic are getting through and doing damage.

Sapp is rocked!
Will Mirovic go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
Oh Sapp is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sapp is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Mirovic.
Sapp seems to have got his legs back now.

Mirovic has got one arm under Sapp's chin. This could be trouble... Sapp trying to control the other hand but Mirovic gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Sapp has tapped out! The fight is over!
