Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Junior misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Junior shoots in looking for a takedown. Jones tries to sprawl out of it but Junior keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jones manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Thiago Junior seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice sprawl there from Jones as Junior shoots in.
Junior shoots in looking for a takedown. Jones tries to sprawl out of it but Junior keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jones manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Cayana should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Dorian is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Dorian postures up.
Cayana throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Dorian stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cayana swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Dorian is looking to advance position but Cayana won't allow it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Dorian is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Cayana defends it well.
Cayana really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dorian. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Dorian changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Lesnar looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Lesnar has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Dorian has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Lesnar taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Dorian doesn't care though - he's delighted!
