Hill kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is Wanted Dead Or Alive by Bon Jovi. Kane has chosen Hurt as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Kane shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hill but Hill pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pierre Lefebvre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon St August (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pierre Lefebvre had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 186.1lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Pierre Lefebvre could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jon St August 's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stevens looks to land a body kick but Maleh moved away.
Stevens misses with a body kick.
Stevens tries for a takedown but Maleh sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Maleh throws a head kick that misses.
Stevens swats away the attempt to clinch by Maleh.
Stevens throws a head kick but Maleh moves out of range.
Stevens misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A head kick from Maleh lands but Stevens takes it in his stride.

It looks like Lance Stevens has been cut.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Maleh, as that shot connected.
Stevens throws a right and a left that Maleh avoids nicely.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Stevens.
Stevens shoots in for a double leg but Maleh sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Stevens blocks a head kick by Maleh.
Maleh pushes Stevens away with a front kick.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Stevens throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Maleh's waist but Maleh gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Stevens off to one side.

Stevens is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Maleh doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Stevens.

Stevens looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Stevens is looking to advance position but Maleh won't allow it.

Stevens is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Stevens trying to pass the guard but Maleh defending well.

Stevens is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Maleh tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Stevens manages to move to mount!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Stevens wants to take his opponent's back but Maleh doesn't allow it.
Maleh knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Stevens on the ground.
You get the feeling that Maleh really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Stevens goes for an armbar but Maleh turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Maleh.

Stevens looking for a guillotine here but Maleh defends easily.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Stevens is working an open guard so Maleh takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Maleh fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Stevens looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Maleh throws a quick inside leg kick.
Maleh misses with a few strikes there.
Maleh feints and then cracks Stevens's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Stevens down.
Maleh shoots in looking for a takedown. Stevens tries to sprawl out of it but Maleh keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Stevens manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Stevens throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Stevens takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Nice jab there from Maleh.
Stevens throws a combination that misses
and Maleh counters with a stiff right hand.
Maleh scores with a spinning back kick!
Maleh lands with a nice combination. Stevens backs away looking to recover.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Stevens uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Maleh.
A head kick misses from Stevens.
Maleh just misses with a punch to the body.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Stevens falls off balance throwing a combination
and Maleh counters with a body kick that stops Stevens in his tracks momentarily.
Stevens throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.

Maleh is looking to chop away at Stevens's legs.
Maleh digs a good hook to Stevens's body.
Maleh drops Stevens with a left and a right! Oh, Stevens is hurt - Maleh dives into side control looking to finish!

Maleh decides to stand up, so the ref orders Stevens to his feet.
Stevens looks for a takedown but Maleh sprawls well.
Maleh tries to clinch but Stevens moves out of range.
Stevens misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Lance Stevens is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Nice cross by Maleh.
Stevens takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Stevens takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Abdullah Maleh seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Maleh shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Stevens as he avoids it easily.
Maleh looks to throw the jab but Stevens is out of range.
Stevens looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Stevens misses with a body shot

Maleh fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Stevens on the side of the head.

Stevens has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Maleh finds it's way round the side to connect with Stevens's head.
Stevens shoots in looking for a takedown. Maleh tries to sprawl out of it but Stevens keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Maleh manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Maleh circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Stevens drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Maleh follows Stevens to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
