The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Muay Thai shoots in for a double leg but Maximus sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Muay Thai fails with a takedown attempt.
Muay Thai shoots in looking for a takedown. Maximus tries to sprawl out of it but Muay Thai keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Maximus manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Battery Maximus has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike Muay Thai.
Maximus stuffs the takedown attempt from Muay Thai. Muay Thai gets slowly back to his feet.
Muay Thai looks for a takedown but Maximus sprawls well.
Muay Thai is looking to clinch.
Maximus lands with a nice combination. Muay Thai backs away looking to recover.

It looks like Mike Muay Thai has been cut.
Maximus misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Muay Thai shoots in for a takedown but Maximus shows good takedown defense.
Maximus keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Maximus rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Muay Thai moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Muay Thai is rocked!
Maximus throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Muay Thai crumples to the floor and the fight is over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kenshin shoots in but Sutra avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Kenshin looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Sutra is fending him off so far but Kenshin persists. Nope, Sutra circles away and we're back to standing.
A clash of legs there as Sutra blocks the low kick.
Sutra throws a head kick that half lands.
Sutra lets loose with a powerful body kick. Kenshin will feel that in the morning.
Sutra rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kenshin moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Kenshin.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lyoto Kenshin. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kenshin shoots in for a takedown but Sutra shows good takedown defense.
Kenshin misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Kenshin tries to keep at a distance but Sutra has taken the fight into the clinch.

Sutra breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Sutra is looking to clinch.
Sutra lands a two punch combo.
Sutra throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kenshin stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Sutra tries to clinch up.

Sutra clinches up with Kenshin and pushes him back against the cage.

Sutra escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Praharnpap escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Praharnpap has closed the distance and engaged Cates in a clinch.
Cates changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Praharnpap fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Cates looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Praharnpap is fending him off so far but Cates persists. Nope, Praharnpap circles away and we're back to standing.

Cates is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Praharnpap pushes Cates off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Praharnpap does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Cates fails with a takedown attempt.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Cates.
Cates uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Cates changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Praharnpap looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Cates working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Praharnpap really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cates. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Cates swings around for an armbar but Praharnpap sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Cates's guard.

Praharnpap wanted to stand there but Cates had control of the position.

Cates throws a right and a left that Praharnpap avoids nicely.
Cates shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Praharnpap pinned against the cage. Praharnpap gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Nice uppercut there from Praharnpap.

Praharnpap throws a lazy uppercut
and Cates counters with a two punch combo.
Praharnpap throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Cates's head.
Praharnpap doesn't manage to clinch there - Cates circles away.
Praharnpap misses with a series of wild punches.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Cates has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Praharnpap is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Praharnpap breaks from the clinch.
Cates changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Praharnpap tries to avoid it but Cates manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Praharnpap to the ground. Praharnpap escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Praharnpap fails in his attempt to clinch.

Cates decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Cates is trying for a kimura here. Praharnpap looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Cates wins by kimura!

Nevar steps into range and cracks LK with a monster punch that buckles his knees! LK flops backwards and Nevar dives into his guard looking to finish!

LK is rocked!

It looks like Glenn LK has been cut.
Nevar gets to his feet and stands over LK, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! LK felt that one! Nevar unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save LK from any more punishment!
