The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Blood as Kouzmanoff shoots in.
Kouzmanoff closes the distance and clinches up with Blood, looking for a takedown. Kouzmanoff pushes Blood against the cage but Blood circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Kouzmanoff wants to clinch up but Blood keeps it at a distance.
Blood moves out of range of the leg kick from Kouzmanoff.
Kouzmanoff shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Blood as he avoids it easily.

Frost had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Holmes is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Frost Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Holmes's back instead.

Frost looking to break Holmes's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Holmes remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Frost will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!

Frost has got his arm under Holmes's chin working for the choke… has he got it? It looks pretty tight! Oh! Holmes has spun round into Frost's guard beautifully! Well done that man!
Holmes stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Frost swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Oh but Frost is tightening it up a little... Holmes has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Holmes reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Holmes taps out! nice BJJ there by Frost!
