The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McBrdie avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
McBrdie avoids the body shot from Haye.
Haye dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

McBrdie closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
McBrdie scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Haye to see if he's OK.
McBrdie remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Andersson. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Andersson crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Stevens - the referee stops the clock and Andersson gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Stevens. Andersson manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
