The fight moves into the clinch position.
Hakala is working for takedown but Lebaron is calmly controlling the position for now.
Lebaron creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Hakala's defenses.

It looks like Makke Hakala has been cut.
Lebaron effectively controlling the action here.
Lebaron is pressed up against the cage. Hakala has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Lebaron down to the mat. Lebaron avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Hakala shoots in for a takedown but Lebaron shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Lebaron drops Hakala with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Hakala looks back up at him and smiles so Lebaron waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Nobutaka Hiyoshi.
Well Neckpunch has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
