Lapierre tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Day fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Lapierre avoids it really well and circles away.
Michael Lapierre has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Charlie Day.
Lapierre throws a leg kick which misses Day's front leg but catches the back leg as Day tries to avoid it.
A solid leg kick lands there for Lapierre.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lapierre lands a head shot.
Lapierre works the jab nicely.
Lapierre fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Day.
Lapierre lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Day crumples to the floor! Lapierre milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!

Kyzer slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Vrbanek shoots in looking for a takedown. Kyzer tries to sprawl out of it but Vrbanek keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kyzer manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Kyzer punishes Vrbanek's body with a nice straight punch.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Kyzer!

It looks like Joe Vrbanek has been cut.
Vrbanek is looking to clinch.
Kyzer lands a lovely overhand right.
Vrbanek takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

storm takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

storm shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Refn pushes storm off looking to stand but storm dives back in and keeps control.
storm has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Refn is trying to escape the mount.

storm swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Refn is now in storm's guard. A big mistake from storm there, giving up the dominant position!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

storm is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Refn frees his head nicely. Oh but storm has switched to an armbar! Refn is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
