Benedict turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Maya off and cradles Benedict's limp body as Maya celebrates with his corner.

Brown will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Shenanigan displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Brown.

Sean Shenanigan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Wayne Brown.
Shenanigan slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Shenanigan tries to bum rush Brown with a series of wild strikes but Brown uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Brown looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Shenanigan is fending him off so far but Brown persists. Nope, Shenanigan circles away and we're back to standing.
Brown shoots for a double leg takedown but Shenanigan sprawls well. He's pushed Brown's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Brown looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Shenanigan, as that shot connected.
Shenanigan misses with a body shot.
Shenanigan stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Shenanigan wants it to stay on the feet.
Brown misses with a takedown attempt - Shenanigan sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Shenanigan rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Brown moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Brown closes the distance and clinches up with Shenanigan, looking for a takedown. Brown pushes Shenanigan against the cage but Shenanigan circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Shenanigan bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Brown's head.

It looks like Wayne Brown has been cut.

Brown steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Shenanigan.

Shenanigan drops Brown with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Brown looks back up at him and smiles so Shenanigan waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Brown switches off momentarily and Shenanigan cracks him with a monster right hand! Brown topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Shenanigan dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Shenanigan!

Walker displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Rigogo throws out the jab.
Rigogo throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Walker stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Walker shoots in but no luck this time.
Walker fails in his attempt to clinch.
Walker avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Rigogo scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.

Rigogo is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Walker looks calm but he's in trouble here. Rigogo gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Walker is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Rigogo lets go of the hold and Walker can pop his arm back in it's socket.

A clash of legs there as Perry blocks the low kick.
Hoost throws a head kick that half lands.
Perry's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

Perry moves into range and clinches up with Hoost.
Perry throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Hoost has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Perry avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Hoost's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Hoost avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Perry lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Hoost is looking to land body kicks.

Perry tries to clinch there but Hoost circles away.
Hoost fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Perry.
Hoost pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Perry throws a push kick but Hoost slaps the foot to one side.

Hoost shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Hoost showed some decent athleticism there.

Hoost prevents Perry from standing back up.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Perry really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hoost. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Hoost seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Perry is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mario Betoli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ernesto Boost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Betoli might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Mario theme. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?
