The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gracie shoots in and bounces Cooler off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Cooler trying to keep a closed guard but Gracie is proving a slippery customer.

Gracie drops back looking for a leg! Cooler is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Cooler manages to kick Gracie off! Gracie jumps back into Cooler's guard.

Gracie is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Gracie thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Gracie drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Gracie jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Gracie tries to free his leg and advance position but Cooler is retaining full guard.

Gracie trying to control but Cooler is working from the bottom.
Cooler knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gracie on the ground.
Gracie works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Cooler wants to control but Gracie is keeping busy.

Gracie is looking for a kimura but Cooler is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Gracie to get the leverage.

Gracie is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Cooler is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
