The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carver tries a head kick but it misses.
Gabel connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Carver is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

It looks like Mordecai Carver has been cut.
Carver takes a body punch but keeps moving.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Carver goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Carver misses with a head kick.

Gabel throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Gabel lands a big head kick that sends Carver tumbling to the mat! Gabel takes a step backwards and waves Carver back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Gabel seems to be stalking Carver here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Carver drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!

Black lands with a nice combination. Magee backs away looking to recover.

Castroy tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Mir paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Castroy lands a hook that snaps the head of Mir backwards.

Mir has clasped his hands together around Castroy's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.

Mir thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Mir is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Castroy has escaped the position, nice work there.

Mir throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Castroy works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.

Croix swats away the attempt to clinch by Reignhard.
Croix uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

It looks like Harry Reignhard has been cut.

Croix throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Reignhard tumbling to the canvas!

Croix gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Croix waves his right hand out in front of him, looking to distract Reignhard. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Reignhard to the canvas! Can he finish him!?

Croix has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Croix rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Reignhard moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Reignhard throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Croix's waist but Croix gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Reignhard off to one side.
Croix scores with a crisp jab that stopped Reignhard in his tracks.

That has opened up Harry Reignhard's cut even more.

Croix drops his shoulder and cracks Reignhard with a huge uppercut! Reignhard goes down! Can Croix finish him?

Croix stands up from Reignhard's guard - Croix perhaps looking for a knockout.

Croix throws a right and a left that Reignhard avoids nicely.
Reignhard seems to have recovered his senses.
Croix throws a series of punches but Reignhard avoids them all with ease.
The fighters circling - Croix throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Croix tries to bum rush Reignhard with a series of wild strikes but Reignhard uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Croix will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Croix throws a right hand that Reignhard ducks under and follows up with a left that Reignhard also avoids with ease.
Croix connects with a good right hand that stumbles Reignhard. Reignhard circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Croix throws an overhand right that lands on Reignhard's shoulder, as Reignhard tries to avoid the shot.
Croix defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Reignhard.
Reignhard takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Harry Reignhard's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Croix throws a left that rocks Reignhard and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Croix dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Reignhard regain composure!

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Harry Reignhard's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.

Prush really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Prush lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Vanpelten has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Vanpelten and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Vanpelten throws a leg kick which misses Prush's front leg but catches the back leg as Prush tries to avoid it.
Prush keeps the fight on the outside.

and Vanpelten counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Prush's guard now.
Vanpelten trying to control the position from guard on top but Prush is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Prush has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Vanpelten should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Prush has tightened it up now! Vanpelten should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
