The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takamura blocks a leg kick.
Takamura looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Takamura has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Grimm.
Otto Grimm seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Takamura throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Grimm takes the fight into the clinch.
Grimm is pressed up against the ropes. Takamura has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Grimm down to the mat. Grimm avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
