MAIN CARD

Leightweight Fight

Dredd (6-0, 1-0 NGF) vs Murosaki (5-0, 3-0 NGF)

A fantastic main even between to un-defeated fighters. Dredd, who has won all his fights by T(KO), has a jack hammer of a right hand. He has won 3 FOTN awards out of his 6 wins. “Dragon” Murosaki , a black belt in BJJ has a more rounded game, deadly on the ground, but has terrific stand up as well. This could go either way, a great fight between two future title contenders.

PREDICTION: Murosaki, 2nd round submission

Leightweight Fight

King (6-1, NGF DEBUT) vs Shibasaki (6-1, 4-0 NGF)

The co-main event has 27 year old Ryan King making his NGF debut against Makoto Shibasaki, who is riding a 4 fight win streak. King who has shown real promise, loves to get to the mat and submit his opponents, all 6 career wins have come that way. Shibasaki has won his last 4 fights, a well conditioned fighter, looks to wear out his opponents. A big fight for both guys, winner knocks on the top 10 door, the loser will have a uphill to climb.

PREDICTION: Shibasaki 2nd round submission

Middleweight Fight

Ross (5-1, 5-1 NGF) vs Morgoslepov (4-1, NGF DEBUT)

The “Iceman” Ross is looking to avoid the ground and do severe damage with the hands and feet. Ross has won all his career fights by T(KO), one with a head kick. “Universal” Morgoslepov is making his NGF debut and will try to get this fight to the mat. All 4 wins have come by way of submission.

PREDICTION: Ross, 1st round TKO

Middleweight Fight

Alexandre (4-1, 1-0 NGF) vs Clayton (2-0, 2-0 NGF)

“Good Boy” Alexandre is a fired up fighter after being stripped of his title after NGF 11. A excellent wrestler, Alexandre will look to ground out Clayton and work his way back to a contender. “Tarzan” John Clayton looks to improve to 3-0 in the NGF with a win over Alexandre. Clayton looks strong in all areas of the game and could be on the verge of stardom. A very good fighter in the clinch with strong skills in all areas of stand up. A fight of the night possibility on paper.

PREDICTION: Clayton 2nd round TKO

PRELIM CARD

Light Heavyweight Fight

Andrej Kavelin (5-1, 3-1 NGF) vs Geoff Strangle (5-3, 0-1 NGF)

Andrej “The Great” and Geoff Strangle will probably spend most of this fight on the mat. Both fighters are submission artist. Give the edge to Strangle who holds 3 SOTN awards.

PREDICTION: Strangle 1st round submission

Bantamweight Fight

John Johnson (3-2, 2-2 NGF) vs Jonathan Brookins (7-3, 0-1 NGF)

Jonathan Brookins, after losing his title bout, will try and rebound in his 2nd NGF fight. Brookins has trouble finishing fights, with only 2 finishes in 7 wins; however, they were both FOTN winners. Johnson is a Muay Thai specialist and can really do damage in the clinch.

PREDICTION: Johnson 2nd round KO

Welterweight Fight

Dominick Napolitano (1-1, 1-0 NGF) vs Zeddicus Starburst (5-1, 1-1 NGF)

20 year old Napolitano will look to improve to 2-0 in the NGF. It’s been over a month since his TKO win at NGF 18. “Dark Matter” certainly dropped a long way after losing his title at NGF 15. He has taken a long break, but now goes from a title fight to a undercard fight. Starburst said he’s got the fire back.

PREDICTION: Starburst, 1st round KO

Bantamweight Fight

Chan Sung Jung (3-0, NGF DEBUT) vs Scorpien Rua (8-0, 3-0 NGF)

“The Korean Zombie” will make his NGF debut vs Rua. Jung has an exceptional standup game. He will look to end this fight quick. Rua has talent, he is very conditioned, but he lacks KO power and usually grinds out fights, thus 8 wins all by decision. If Rua can get Jung to the mat, it could be win #9. PREDICTION: Jung 1st round KO

Super Heavyweight Fight

Kriztov The Yeti (8-9, 0-1 NGF) vs Paulo Cesar Silva (0-0, NGF DEBUT)

27 year old Kriztov seems to be just hanging on in his career. Questions about his chin now exists after back to back losses. He has middling talent and often looks uninterested in his fights. A guy who hardly ever sees more then #1 on the round card, Kriztov will always look to end a fight quickly. Paulo “The Giant” Silva is making his MMA Tycoon debut. Younger, and 20 lbs heavier, Silva will look to wrestle The Yeti to the mat and end the fight there.

PREDICTION: Silva 1st round submission
