Marty "Big Iron" Robbins is an 18 year old Arizona native who is one of MMA's most talked about young prospects. He is the son of an Arizona Ranger who he respectfully refers to as his "Pa". His father, who is an integral part of Marty's decision making, refused to be part of the interview and stated that if I didn't get off his property he'd "stick his foot so far up my ass I'd be tastin' leather".

Even though he found success as a former 2x National Jr Olympic Pistol & Rifle competition gold medalist, he saw no future in the sport to make a living. Marty started training MMA at 16 and has displayed incredible boxing technique for someone his age. Marty, while still in high school, finished 3 of his 4 opponents in under 40 seconds earning him 3 KOTN bonuses at the age of 17.

Although he lost his Revolution XC - ICON debut against 13-6 veteran, Jake "The Talent" Belcher (286026), he dominated his opponent in Rds1 & 2. However, on his way to cruising towards a decision victory, a misinterpreted hand gesture from Robbins caused the referee to stop the fight thus giving Marty a very disappointing, controversial first loss.

He lives on his family's ranch in Agua Fria, NM but his fight camps take place at the LOD: Guts & Glory gym in Sydney. He trains with many great champions such as:
