Welcome to CFA 26 which has the much anticipated title fight of “The Machine” Ben Ladin against the undefeated Aaron Miller and a good cross section of all the weight classes and experience levels of the fighters.

185 lbs. 3 x 5 Rounds Josef Dellal (8-3) v Paul Moss (7-2)     With a display of experience and talent Moss clinched early and gained the advantage by cutting Dellal 3 times in the first round through elbows but somehow the round was completed without any doctor intervention. Round 2 and 3 continued on the same way with the clinch game of Moss being the difference and just stifling the fight of Dellal as he failed in all of his 21 takedown attempts. However showing true grit and resilience Dellal managed to sustain 106 strikes in the clinch and still take it all the way to the end. But in the end the judges saw it as the one sided contest it was. Winner, by unanimous decision... Paul Moss and he goes to 8-2.

265+ lbs.  3 x 5 Rounds Ben Ladin (5-0) v Aaron Miller (4-0)  265+ lbs. title
Well I was calling it as a victory in under 1:30 for Ben Ladin as all he needed was one clean hit. Well it was much less time and it was indeed two hits, a nice body kick and avoidance of one combination as he showed of his defence and then a head kick that rocked the arena. Holy Shit this man is a MONSTER.  We have a winner by way of TKO (Kick and Punches). Ben Ladin after 0:09 of round 1. Yeah the extra strikes were just to brake in his new gloves, as they rarely get time to do anything in the ring. Boo Yah ! as he goes to 6-0.

 170 lbs. 3 x 5 Rounds Taylor Made (3-1) v Nick Diaz (6-4)
Wow some fighting spirit was shown by Diaz as he was cut, knockdown and rocked in under a minute got up and was knocked down again to get up take the fight to the ground on his terms and then turn the arena on its head as he pulled out an unbelievable submission win.   Winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Nick Diaz  after 3:19 of round 1 and going to 7-4.

205 lbs. 3 x 5 Rounds Johnny Crackcorn (4-2) v Huey Freeman (7-5)
Crackcorn its showing how hit and miss his career can be with quick knockout losses and now and equally quick submission loss as he was not even given a chance. Takedown down immediately and then submitted on the first attempt, it was a short and horrible night for the Steroid Leprechaun. winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Huey Freeman after 0:18 of round 1 and going to 8-5

170 lbs. 3 x 5 Rounds James Basher (4-5) v Tyler Durden (5-2)
As Durden missed every takedown he was going for you would think he would change game plans, but as his defence held true he was behind on points after round 1 and then as round 2 was in the early second he pulled out a combination that was flawless and ended the night of Basher in riveting fashion. Winner by way of KO (Punches). Tyler Durden after 0:48 of round 2 and going to 6-2.
185 lbs. 3 x 5 Rounds Jade Malikai (3-5) v Jens Schmidt (3-0)
After a furious first round that saw a total of 15 submission attempts, a cut and takedown the fight settled down to a more pressured affair from Malikai as he threw a lot of strikes that to Schidts credit were not so effective in the stand up, but with a more crisp clinch game gained some good scoring shot and ended each round up on the score cards. Winner, by unanimous decision... Jade Malikai and he goes to 4-5.
265 lbs. 3 x 5 Rounds Mario Secondante (0-0-1NC) v Steve Farell (1-0-1NC)
With a one sided affair Farell gained an early clinch and pressured Secondante with body punches as he wore him down only the clinch to be broken which then resulted in a huge overhand than ended Secondantes night as he was beaten to the ground and needed the referee to save him.   Winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Steve Farell after 1:52 of round 1 and he goes to 2-0-1NC
265+ lbs. 3 x 5 Rounds Fedor Kicasstis (1-0) v Michael Janon (0-1)
Avoiding some early strikes Kicasstis gained a takedown and then proceeded In unleashing some great Ground and Pound with every strike finding its mark before he clinched a quick submission victory from his second attempt.  Winner by way of Submission (Armbar) Fedor Kicasstis after 1:44 of round and he goes to 2-0.

265+ lbs. 3 x 5 Rounds Tony Owl (0-1) v Darren Issot (1-1)
Well Owl was caught flat footed and I don’t know if he even heard the fight start as he put up so little resistance being taken down with ease and then submitted on the first try it was an all-out zero effort for the victory.  Winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Darren Issot   after 2:23 of round 1and going to 2-1.
170 lbs. 3 x 5 Rounds Franklin Richards (0-1) v Jomhod Kiatadisak (0-0)
With two completely different fight plans these two men went at it with unbelievable effort. Richards showing he can take an unbelievable amount of punishment on the way to receiving 70 elbows in the clinch and not sustaining a single cut while Kiatadisak stopped an amazing 54 takedowns and only hit the ground twice. However with the thirds round drawing to a close and Richards behind on the score cards he pulled out an Ander Silva effort as he went for 10 un-successfully submission over a 4 minute period and in the dying seconds with a sure fired loss looking imminent managed to scrape out a victory. Winner by way of Submission (Kneebar). Franklin Richards  after 4:21 of round 3 and going to 1-1.
