GAMMA Gossip Edition #15

Global Association of MMA, Fight Organization, London
Company profile by Mentor Guru Corleone

Howdy MMA and GAMMA fans, here with you is your host Capelli King and we have a great lineup for you this weekend with massive fights and news! I cant wait to get started, so lets not wait and look into this weekends major fights!

GAMMA#303 Galt v Hannibal
Daniel "Daniboy" Campos vs Mark Makers

In our co-main event we have a very interesting match-up between a purebred in the form of Mark Makers and the up and coming star Daniel Campos. Mark has been with us his whole career and is one of those which together with Fidel Dubbery rose up from the contenders to become a regular on the main roster with some major wins in his career over fighters such as Trent Pope,  Tony Mendez, Ben Grimm and Ivan Priebcko and at 28y of age he is probably coming towards his peak. He has also been on a roll recently winning all 4 of his last fights. But his opponent is up and coming Daniel Campos, which at just 23 years of age has shown a lot of promise already winning 5 of his first 6 fights, all with either TKO or KO. Mark goes into this fight as the favorite and although it may seem Daniel has the skills to pull off an upset, Mark will probably be fancying his chances here. If Daniel can put away someone like Mark though, his career will be truly on track for something huge.

John Galt vs Hannibal Die Rücksichtslos

In the main event we have 2 of GAMMA's premier fights in Galt and Rücksichtslos, both riding a 2 fight winning streak. It is extremely hard to pick one of these 2. Both have immense experience, similar skills and have a lot of KO power. In fact i think we have another ones of those which will end in a KO one way or other. With the chance that Danza Kuduro potentially retiring due to his personal life burn out, this fight has just been upgraded to a title fight, something both fighters did not expect when originally accepting the fight offer, which has added even more suspense to the fight itself. Picking one of the 2? That will not be easy, however Hannibal probably has a small skills advantage, plus his co-worker and training partner Danny Tanner did get the best of John in his last fight as well, so they probably have their gameplan figured out for this one. It will be hard to underestimate John going into this fight though.

GAMMA#304 Dubbery v Tchepikov
Danny Tanner v Degen Gambler

In the co-main event we have Danny and Degen fighting out what should be the 205lbs top contenders fight. Both lost their last 2 and Degen is on a two fight losing streak after his title was taken from him by Danza Kuduro. Danny lost his title fight against Danza and this is only his first fight since then. It is no surprise where both fighters want to take this. Degen wants it standing whereas Danny wants to take it to the ground. Whoever can dictate their gameplan will probably win it. Danny seems to be on better overall form though and Degen has shown at times to have a weaker than expected chin, so a early takedown could cost him dearly in this one. A lot will be determined early on though.

Fidel Duberry v Maksimilian Tchepikov

In the main event we have a super fight of humongous proportions! We have Dubbery vs Tchepikov or GAMMA vs Versus! Last outing Fidel touch out the ONI 265lbs champ Vangelis Kokkalis in his backyard in Tokyo but Maksimilian is probably a totally different type of animal. He is on an awesome streak as of late, winning 7 of his last fights with KO/TKO. He also has an advantage fighting at super heavyweight, which is his natural weight class. At 36 years of age, he could very well be on the best form of his life. But when it comes down to competition, Dubbery has probably faced a much higher caliber so far and he is almost 10 years younger. This wont last the full 5 rounds, that you can be certain about. It will come down to who has the better chin, because everything else is pretty much even!
