There are so many options out there, but I'm only interested if it's standard/simple and doesn't take much time to keep up with or for the draft/ E.g., Standard scoring (not PPR), standard snake draft (not auction), only team defenses (not IDP), etc. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I think it would be better/more realistic to do picks "offline" i.e. over the forums like last year and load them after. In this case the draft can drag on a while so while a week will probably be enough, might not be a bad idea to start it a little sooner. Because I could easily see this taking too long/too many days if people don't login/post their picks regularly. I think overall I was the only one who did not like it, as its a lot of work. I am fine with it though if that is what we want to do, as Skizz was a huge help with the Offline draft last year. He has expressed interest this year as well with keeping the ball rolling for an Offline draft. So if we do, I say we just get a little bit earlier start to it this time. Yes I know, it just sucks and makes the whole experience a lot less fun. We have people in Australia and the UK and the US. Someone's gonna miss out even if they're willing to sacrifice irl shit to participate in a draft just due to the time difference. It worked out fine last year, pretty sure it took less than a week, maybe less. If we do it on discord I think it should be even easier. As Butch said the downside is the work of keeping track of who's been picked/who's available and shit like that and then imputing the results afterward. Luckily this is a good community and we had people with some spare time willing to help out with keeping track.
