JB90 Posted January 7, 2021 Report Share Posted January 7, 2021 My idea is to have 2 competitions to try and kickstart some divisions in the KT world . Looking at the 155lbs division and the 185 division. 18years old Fighters to be created once full. 1 month to train and test . 10 fighters per league . Hopefully the 10 fighters will continue in KT after the league. 3 Points for a Finish Win 2 Points for a Decision Win 1 Point for a Draw 0 Points for a Decision Loss -1 Point for a Finish Loss Everyone fights each other once . Top 2 in the leagie will face off in a final. 1 round at 10minutes (open to other ideas) To keep all fighters to finish the league (9fights) Each fighter will recieve $200,000 at the end of the tournament (could increase with donations) The winner of each league will recieve $3,000,000 ( could increase with donations) plus the 200k for taking part. It depends on when Derrick Thomas and Apollo Creed are done with the turnys they are in. Mix of both across different divisions? I'm pretty new to MMA Tycoon, but in the few tournaments I've participated in or seen in the forums, it seems the biggest issue is the simple fact that half of the fighters lose their first fight (and a quarter lose their first two fights), then a lot of managers lose interest. Especially with how many fights are involved in this league. Of course the best fighters are going to be compensated, but there is no reason why bottom-half fighters can't keep being managed and have great fights. Anything that rewards those managers who stay active with their not-so-great fighters makes sense to me. It's especially important since those later fights might involve a losing fighter against a winning fighter but be important for the outcome of the league.
