HFC 87 - Todd vs Kirk                         HFC 88 - Pisswater vs Ford

Hardocre FC has another Duel Event weekend, as we takeover the Madison Garden arena once more. Hfc 87 and HFC 88 look to have some intriguing match ups but the big business will be the fight that caps off the weekend as we crown a new Lightweight champion. Pisswater or Ford who will it be?

HFC 87 key fights

Former Lightweight champion Pinero Chai  has had a turrrrible run going 1-3-1 in his last 5 fights. Now under a new management team we will see if Chai can pick up the W and jump back in the LW Rankings as he meets Arriorus Adee. Another big Lightweight scrap will be in the HFC 87 Co-Main as Olyn Seran looks to bounce back after his tough loss to Pisswater at HFC 80. Seran is pitted against a former BBFC stud in the likes of Anthony Merel. In the HFC 87 Main Event will be a Middleweight Title Eliminator fight. Winston Todd is a former MW champion at BBFC and now has his sights set on the HFC title. Standing in his way though is the streaking "Captain" James Kirk. I see this Main Event being well worth that Premium Ticket price.

HFC 88 Key Fights

Two top ten HW's will collide at HFC 88 as #8 Imperial Washington faces #6 Juju Baraka in what certainly should be a violent display of the art of fighting. There is also a huge LHW fight as former 3 time HFC Heavyweight champion Boris Krylov meets a hungry former champion from BBFC in David King. Finally the evening and the HFC weekend will be wrapped up with a blockbuster Lightweight title affair. Nati Pisswater is the winner of 4 of his last 5 bouts which includes back to back Unanimous decisions over LW contenders Ziggy Stardust, and Olyn Seran. This former HFC Featherweight contender now has a perfect 3-0 record since moving to Lightweight and with a win this weekend it will prove to be a fantastic move. His opposition though will be a Former Lightweight Champion Ed Ford who recently lost his belt just one month ago to Gorgon Patriot, who was stripped of the belt for undisclosed reasons. Now under new Management Ed looks to return to his glory as the HFC 155 pound champion.

Great fights, keep it Hardcore!

HFC latest events that have been Finalized

1626883006HFC%2091.gif

HFC 91 - Leifsson vs Babinski

For the HW title Leif Leifsson will face a returning Viktor Babinski. I fully expect some nice trash talk to lead up to this fight as we are just two weeks away now

Also both Welterweight Title Eliminators will be on hand for this event as we seek a new Welterweight champion.

Potemkin Izmaylov vs Manco Unknown

Vasil Petrov vs Shaquan Woods

1627741619HFC%2092.jpg

HFC 92 - Mataitai vs Higgins

Willy Mataitai vs Lou Higgins should be fireworks in the Main Event

Adim Bulb vs Roberto Soldic is another huge bout,. Both fighters have had there run ins with the 145 champion Sosa but have yet to face one another.

Also ADS Ademaro Dos Anjos makes his Featherweight Debut on this event against Bjj Catch Wrestler

1627742597HFC%2093.gif

HFC 93 - Nascimento vs Wanker

Massive Wanker returns to face a surging title contender in Yago Nascimento. This is a crucial fight for both of these Heavyweights

Justin Case is in a spot light now in the rankings, if he can beat the recent title challenger Davdio Branko at HFC 93 we may have the next Title contender at 135 solved!

Miami Vice now under new management meets rising LW star Scooter Bob whom has won his last three fights by (T)KO.

1627921959HFC%2094.jpg

HFC 94 - Gardner vs Chunks

Another big Heavyweight Showdown is Headlining HFC 94 as KO Artist Anton Gardner squares off with Bobby Chunks who is well advised in the art of knocking mufuckas out.

The Co-Main looks equally as intriguing though with Boris Krylov fresh off a one punch KO victory will meet Blake Phoenix.

Finally we have another Vacant Title to announce as we will look to crown a new Light Heavyweight Champion in the near future. 205 is the biggest division currently here at HFC so there is plenty of suitable fighters and I will choose the top 4 for Title Eliminators in the near future.

It's Official a New HFC Middleweight Champion will be crowned September 4th! Baruto Tonissaar vs Winston Todd, two classy fighters managed by two classy gents in there own right. Big props to McGregor and James Kirk as they gave it there all, and we hope to see them back to kicking ass real soon and get themself back in the title Action.

In other news looks as there will be all kinds of New champions in the near future here at Hardcore. As are 205 pound champ has moved on and the recently crowned 155 pound champ looks to be leaving as well. Of course I am optimistic that the 145 champ will be back(I wont hold my breath though). As they say in show business, "The show must go on" and it will indeed.

So we will do the same for 155 and 205 as we did for the Vacant titles at MW and WW, the top four guys will soon get the phone call and Title Eliminators will be booked.  Keep it Hardcore!

It's a big world after all, whomever said it was small was smoking crack! HFC 90 & 91 are a HUGE example of it as the big boys of Hardcore are on the Main Stage this weekend at Madison Garden Arena.  First off at HFC 90 the Main Event will pit a potential #1 contender contest as Crusty Bigg faces Joe Krutel.  Hfc 91 will conclude the weekend with a very anticipated Heavyweight Title fight between the Champion Leif Leifsson as he collides with a returning HFC fighter in the likes of Viktor Babinski whom has made quite a name for himself outside the HFC. There is so many great matchups this weekend though its not just about the big boys, so lets take a look at some of the Main Cards for both events!

                                     1626109003Webp.net-resizeimage.jpg

HFC 90

                          Featherweight Division
             Jewel Diaz                                 vs                   Cleon Wright
Mixed Martial Arts Fighter - Jewel Diaz                         Mixed Martial Arts Fighter - Cleon Wright

Jewel "The Lost Brother" Diaz had some championship experience in his early career apturing the F & BE  and SMASH LW titles.  When he signed with HFC though he moved to Featherweight where he still fights today compiling a 6-5 record here. Diaz has insane Ground n Pound abilities with a elite wrestling background.  The majority of his (T)KO victories have came from his Ground and Pound but he can also end your night on the feet if need be,.

Cleon Wright is also a former Champion of GDL, in fact he is a three time FW champion with that org.  Cleo "The Warrior" Wright is a Striker, winning 7 out of his 10 victories by way of (T)KO. One Key note on Wright is he has proven to Avenge his losses in the past,  as he did in GDL not once but two times, both of which rewarded him with Title Regains. This will be Cleon's HFC debut and this will be a huge test in his career going forward.

                                  Middleweight Division
             Chip Nickel                            vs                  Kotaro Kikuta
Mixed Martial Arts Fighter - Chip Nickel                    Mixed Martial Arts Fighter - Kotaro Kikuta

"The Scoop" is back, and the former two time HFC Middleweight Champ looks to be gearing up for another run at the belt. Chip has notable wins over Sabotage Rex and Ademaro Dos Anjos, but one fighter who has seemed to have his number has been Baruto Tonissaar who was Chips latest fight. All three of Nickes  fights with Tonissaar though have been highly competetive though, winning them both "FOTN" Bonuses all three times. I just wonder where is that Chip Nickel Killer at that once was a feared commodity in the HFC?

With that said he faces Kotaro Kikuta another fierce striker whom has whom has lived and died by his sword. Kikuta has finished all of his professional victories whic have tallied up to 9 in total. A Kyoto, Japan native, Kotaro is a veteran of BBFC and Checkmate and recently made his HFC debut at HFC 83 in a loosing effort. The fight though was impressive none the less as he nagged himself a Performance bonus with his efforts. My personal opinion is this fight could be a wake up call for young Kotaro and a little time off to polish up his skills is not a bad option.

                           Light Heavyweight Division
Xmus Jaxon Flaxon Waxon           vs                 Ralph McGuire

Mixed Martial Arts Fighter - Xmus Jaxon Flaxon Waxon                         Mixed Martial Arts Fighter - Ralph McGuire
Well, well, well as the former owner of Madness MMA(350K) this next fight has my attention!

Xmus JFW has won 6 of his last 7 fights here at HFC and is inching ever so close to a well deserved first time shot at the belt. This former Inaugural Cast member of the League of Madness is an absolute killer as of late and has punched out 12 of his career wins via (T)KO finish. After starting his career with Randall McSweeney, Xmus and now manager Nicholas Bowers have seem to found  a winning gameplan after a rough start together. Now in a pivotal spot in his career Waxon will meet his toughest opponent to date.

He will meet a fellow LOM cast member in fact in the likes of the Runner up Ralph McGuire.  McGuire has had a stellar HFC career so far as a former two time Division champ at Light Heavyweight.  He has had 3 fight wars with both KVDB and Maxim Jahouli in the past but the future is still bright for Ralph as a win here will put him in a Title eliminator for the soon to be Vacant 205 pound title.  Ralph has a high level skill set and will never be a easy win so if your gonna beat McGuire you best bring your A+ game. Its a bit of a surprise that these two former LOM fighters have  never fight but it will go down this weekend!

                                  Lightweight Division
         Ziggy Stardust                           vs            Juodasis Vaidouklis
Mixed Martial Arts Fighter - Ziggy Stardust                        Mixed Martial Arts Fighter - Juodasis Vaiduoklis

The Co-Main Event should be electric, as two rising 155 pounders meet.

Ziggy Stardust was the Last known Lightweight champion of BBFC and after a loss in his HFC debut to Nati Pisswater, Ziggy has gotten back on track  with his "KOTN" Performance against Rebel Smith at HFC 82. Stardust has finished 10 out of 11 of his wins via (T)KO and the Starman now has 4 Performance bonuses in his cabinet.  The Pisswater loss was the first loss in his young career and though he has beaten some top notch competition his opponent this weekend is gonna put him to the test.

Juodasis Vaiduoklis is yet another top shelf striker here at HFC , winning 8 of his 10 previous wins via (T)KO. This Lithuanian contender has seemed to always get himself one win away from a title fight but fall short. Now on a two fight win streak over two game opponents, Vaidouklis is looking to take his fight career to the next level. Juodasis is a long time pupil of Esiah Xavier who has bid farewell to the Business recently. So with that said this Youngster is now looking for new Management so get after it folks!

                                Heavyweight Division
             Crusty Bigg                              vs                     Joe Krutel
Mixed Martial Arts Fighter - Crusty Bigg                       Mixed Martial Arts Fighter - Joe Krutel

The Main Event for HFC 90 has title implications written all over it.

Crusty Bigg "Bang"  returns to the HFC cage after a devastating debut last month where he KO'd the former Island Beast Chief Red Eagle with a Deadly Head Kick. This was his second Head Kick Ko of his career and 13th KO finish, a legit Muay Thai Specialist is the Bigg "Bang". Now in his second fight here at HFC Bigg will tangle with a fighter he is very familiar with, as Crusty's most recent defeat was at the hands of his opponent this weekend. Crusty looked good in round one of there first bout as he seemed to be ahead on the score cards. Round two though he met his maker.

Joe "Moneymaker" Krutel is a former BBFC Heavyweght Champion whom made a big splash here in his HFC debut with a TKO win over Imperial Washington. Now 8-1 as a pro, Joe now sets his sights on the HFC Heavyweight Title. Krutel is a Dynamic Striker who has won 7 of his 8 MMA victories by way of (T)KO, one of which was his BBFC title  capturing performance against Santas Bitch. Now he meets a foe he already has a win over in Crusty but at Heavyweight you can never take a opponent lightly especially one that has a solid managerial team like Mr. Bigg.

                      1626883006HFC%2091.gif

HFC 91

                             Light Heavyweight Division
               Tom Tomson                          vs                Ronaldo Gomes
Mixed Martial Arts Fighter - Tom Tomson                         Mixed Martial Arts Fighter - Ronaldo Gomes
Tom Tomson is a known striker as seen in his previous MMA bouts as he has finished all 5 of his victories by way of (T)KO. One of those wins by the way was over a top Heavyweight contender in Yago Nascimento quite a notable win if i do say so myself. But what is intriguing about Tom is his Grappling abilities the guy is a top notch grappler with quite the resume in grappling as he holds a 16-7 record in that field. He now looks to devote himself to MMA and make a run in this jam packed Light Heavyweight Division.

Standing in the other corner is a legit BJJ black belt in the name of Ronaldo "Jacare" Gomes. Gomes used his superior Jiu Jitsu to rally off 6 straight victories in MMA, and he also holds a 3-2 grappling record. Back at HFC 57 though the fans saw a whole different fighter who looks to be evolving his stand up as he finished Ivan Isqueirdo with a Superman Punch KO, the finish also earned him a "KOTN" bonus. With only one loss on his record at the hands of most recent 205 champ KVDB(No Shame in that) Ronaldo looks to put his dual threat abilities to the test.

                                             Middleweight Division
Chanthaphone Southanouvong     vs                                BWGA
Mixed Martial Arts Fighter - Chanthaphone Southanouvong                           Mixed Martial Arts Fighter - Barneys Wife Got Aids

One time SMASH Middleweight champion "The Phoenix" is looking to get some momentum going after his one punch KO of Shane Stead at HFC 75.  now 5-6 here at HFC Chanthaphone is at a crucial spot in his career. One thing that you will never take from "The Phoenix" is he puts on some entertaining fights and has collected 9 Performance bonuses in his career. A win tonight can bring hype to the now 27 year old HFC 185 pounder and being his opponent is a former HFC MW champ this fight could make his career if he can pick up the W.

The Artist formally known as Dre Battle is looking to get his career back on track after a heartbreaking Split Decision loss last month to Conor McGregor. BWGA now under new management under the Tomo fight team sets out to write a new chapter in his pro MMA career. This former two time HFC MW champion has fought a who's who of challengers just a few names that come to mind-Sabotage, Baruto, ADA and Chip Nickel, and of course lets not forget his memorable bout against former HW champ Massive Wanker. One win here could very easily put his name back in the cap for Title Contender at 185.

                              Welterweight Title Eliminator
             Vasil Petrov                              vs                     Shaquan Woods
Mixed Martial Arts Fighter - Vasil Petrov                             Mixed Martial Arts Fighter - Shaquan Woods
Are first Welterweight Title eliminator will feature two well known HFC 170 pounders!

Vasil Petrov is a former Madness MMA Welterweight champion who at one time looked almost unbeatable. Petrov is a very talented striker winning 10 of his 13 victories via (T)KO finish add in 2 "KOTN" and 2 "FOTN" and Petrov has quite the resume. Vasil was most notably former Welterweight champion Aingot Nofud's last opponent and though it was not the Bulgarian's night i fully expect Petrov to right his wrongs. A no Nonsense fighter is Vasil Petrov, and with the skillset he possess I can see him being champ again.

Shaquan "Five hands" Woods has had some wars here at HFC and now finds himself under new management in his career. His new Manger Jack King looks to take "Five Hands" to the promise land and what better way then entering this 4 man title eliminator for the vacant 170 pound belt.  A one time champion in his own right Woods has also faced a similar opponent as Vasil, in the former retired champ Aingot Nofud and like Vasil came up on the loosing side of that one.  Shaquan is now 7-4 inside the HFC cage.

                        Welterweight Title Eliminator
     Potemkin Izmaylov                    vs                  Manco Unknown
Mixed Martial Arts Fighter - Potemkin Izmaylov                        Mixed Martial Arts Fighter - Manco Unknown

Are second Welterweight Title Eliminator will feature two former BBFC products.

Potemkin Izmaylov is a former Checkmate and BBFC welterweight champion and is a perfect 2-0 here at HFC currently. A star pupil of Whymer van Mastadon, now holds a respected 14-2-1 pro record in the sport. 11 of those 14 victories came by way of (T)KO and with HFC wins over Barrengarry and Cressbeckler this young Russian is a serious threat to this Welterweight Division. His Win over Logan Barrengarry was also a avenged loss for him and he ended that bout with a second round TKO finish just 5 seconds into the second round.

Manco Unknown will be the final peice of this Title Eliminator puzzle and like the other three fighters he is also a former champion. A former two time Checkmate Middleweight Champion and a former Conquest Middleweight Champion, Unknown now searchers for his first title at his new weight class of 170 pounds. After a nice 2-0 start to his 170 pound journey both of which ended by way of Submission(Triangle Choke)  Manco is in route to doing so.  Manco  is a  threat on the ground and on his feet with 4 (T)KO victories and 9 Submissions.

                          Heavyweight Title Fight
          Viktor Babinski                           vs                          Leif Leifsson
Mixed Martial Arts Fighter - Viktor Babinski                               Mixed Martial Arts Fighter - Leif Leifsson
    " CHALLENGER"                                                                "CHAMPION"
What better way to end the festivities then a slobber knocker for the Heavyweight Belt!

Yet another LOM competitor will grace us with there presence this weekend as Viktor Babinski makes his highly anticipated return to HFC. After starting his Pro Career out at Light Heavyweight where he debuted in the LOM contest, Viktor decided to take some time away from MMA and worked on his fundamentals of striking. He went 3-0 in some Kickboxing fights, winning all three by one punch KO. He then decided it was time to return to MMA and after bulking up he then jumped into the HW division . Although he wasn't always dominant , Viktor slowly started to rack up some wins and make a name for himself . His first big claim to fame was his HW title win at the Panda Fights Org where he flattened Ross Barkley to win the belt. He then moved on to SFL where he went 4-1 earning two wins over a very talented Kevin McGuire both by KO. Of course they where by KO all his MMA and Kickboxing wins are by TKO or KO, Babinski has deadly KO power but will it be enough to dethrone Leifsson?

Leif "The Stand and Pray Viking" Leifsson began his career under the management of Balls Manager Incorporated and rose to a nice 9-2 pro record. After Balls departure from the MMA business though Leif then was signed onto the Bjorn O'donnel fight camp where he took his name to the top.  All of Leif's hard work was rewarded at HFC 73 where he took out then HFC HW champ Boris Krylov in just 1;33 seconds due to a hideous cut that forced a Doctor stoppage.  Next up was his first title defense against #1 contender Jason Mendoza, and Mendoza looked to be on his way to taking the belt as he was up 2-0 heading into round #3. Then from out of nowhere Leifsson lands a  uppercut that sent Mendoza to a rocked state, with murder in his eyes Leif then followed up with another huge Uppercut sending his foe crashing to the mat in defeat. His most recent Title defense was the one and only Massive Wanker who was coming off a tuff loss to Leif's training partner Olli Lindholm. With Lindholm in his corner Leif was felling very confident in this title defense and he not only beat Wanker but Finished him in the first round. Being the first to over finish Massive Wanker. Now he awaits a like wise heavy handed KO artist in Viktor Babinski.

Grab your Popcorn and Alcohol fight fans the HFC is bringing the Finishers this weekend, so don't blink for a second!

My apologies to the HFC Org, I really had good intent when signing on for the day to day handlings here. Unfortunately I am not cut out for this org stuff anymore, Trying to run this org was the icing on the cake. Not sure what the future holds for HFC but I wish you all the best.

Your local Unstable Org owner, signing off!

You're a real ray of sunshine Mr. Down.  If you had been a real man and sent a message to be released instead of sending a ton of anonymous feedback talking smack and making gay slurs, perhaps you would be able to be happy with your MMA Tycoon life instead of the obvious state of sorrow that you find yourself in now.

I wish you the best, and will be more than happy to remove your fighters from the HFC roster so that you do not have to deal with such a poorly run org.  Oh wait, we already did that.  So why are you on this thread?

I will be stepping back in to run HFC.  We've put too much into this org to let it slip away.  I will be looking for some new staff members to learn the ropes and assist with the day to day activities within the org, so if you know someone, let me know.   I'm not sure what my future schedule holds or how fully active I can be, but with some help we'll keep the ball rolling.

For any manager who is unhappy with the way things are in HFC, by all means ask me for a release.  We'll not cater to any manager nor allow them to cherry pick opponents.  I will do my best to find opponents who are worthy of your fighters and attempt to keep your guys fighting guys who are worth fighting rank wise.  This may not always be possible, such as with Sosa.  Once you're at the top and have defeated everyone multiple times, we'll do our best to find fights from other orgs or work out an arrangement to keep your guy on the up and up.  As with Sosa, we'll be willing to let your guys go fight in the top orgs against top P4P fighters, so long as you continue to defend your belt at HFC.

As for being the top ranked org, or staying in the top 5, that's no longer a priority for HFC.  I would rather focus on keeping our fighters fighting and having fun as the current state of the game seems to be a bit lacking.  A lot of money can ensure we stay at the top, but a lot of heart will ensure we stay active and have a home for fighters to compete.

I want to send a special thank you to Butch for taking the reigns and keeping us going over the past month or so that I've been able to take a back seat and focus on life.  You've always been a great org owner, and we're saddened to see you step away.  But just as I needed to take a step back and focus on myself, Butch needs to take a step back and focus on being a manager so that he can continue to enjoy the game.

If anyone wants to take on a job as either a writer or poster maker for our events, please reach out to me via PM so that we can work out a deal.  It will be hard to live up to the excellent job Butch did in both of these areas, but we'll do our best to keep it going.

And, as always, if you have any suggestions, please feel free to PM me as we are always looking for ways to improve the HFC brand.  In the next few days, I'll start sending out fight offers and getting the ball rolling again, but I want to wait until the next even plays out and have to go back and take a look at some results of the past few events to get an idea of what the whole picture looks like before I start throwing out offers.

It's good to be back, and great to be working with all of you again.  And, of course...

Stay HARDCORE!

If it makes you feel better he does the same to me and we're in an alliance together.

Good to hear that HFC isn't going to die (no thanks to Karter and his guerrilla warfare poaching tactics though)

Karter is beefing up his org roster by very calmly picking up hyped FA's and sign them to his org SFL, to then put them back on the FA list with a lovely SFL badge on their vests.

Time to break someone again, or break myself. Always fun, wouldn't want it any other way.

Babinski cracks Leifsson with a left hook right on the temple and Leifsson goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Babinski lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Leifsson is DEAD!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Viktor Babinski!

Just a quick recap to the action this weekend as the old regime breaks back into things here at HFC.  We had one title fight on hand as Leifsson puts his gold on the line against Babinski.  And the headline of the show was actually a more anticipated match between Unknown and Izmaylov that lived up to the hype.  Also in action was Petrov vs Woods and Dotsenko vs Southanouvong rounding out the main card with a handful of other fighters looking to make their marks and set themselves apart from the competition.

Fight of the Night:
Izmaylov vs Unknown
This fight was hyped up to the point to where it was the main event even over the title fight on the same card.  And it lived up to the hype.  A very disappointed Manco Unknown finds himself on the losing end of a dominating performance by Potemkin Izmaylov, but both fighters fought their asses off to earn this award.

KO of the Night:

Viktor Babinski
And in our title fight, Leifsson, the man who took out the reign of terror by Massive Wanker, finds himself on the wrong end of a brutal KO by Viktor Babinski.  Anyone can get caught by a perfectly landed shot so don't be surprised to see Leifsson want to make his way back to avenge this loss in the future.  Also, don't be surprised if he decides to take a shot at the ref who allowed him to take a few extra shots after he laid unconscious on the ground...

In other matches, Petrov bounces back from his last loss vs Nofud with an impressive victory over Shaquan Woods, who is under new management.  Petrov has all the skill in the world, and when he puts it all together he can be a tough opponent for anyone in the world.  Woods and his new manager, Jack King, will be working to get on the same page and hammer out a gameplan to bounce back himself.

A big thank you to all fighters and managers who participated in this event.  The event was a big success and the fighters represented the HFC with pride and brutality that we love and expect here in the HFC.  I look forward to seeing the action on next weeks card as we look ahead to seeing some newer names take the cage, as well as some HFC vets ready to put on another show.  Until then...
Stay HARDCORE!

HFC 92 - Mataitai vs Higgins

1627741619HFC%2092.jpg

New York - Madison Garden Arena

This card will not have any title fights on the line, but we have a lot of new faces who have only had a fight or two in their HFC careers, as well as a few veterans who are looking to establish themselves as top contenders for some of our recently vacated belts.  The headliner should be an absolute war as both the Mataitai vs Higgins and Bulb vs Soldic fights should be all out wars.  Let me introduce you to the fighters who will be your entertainment for this one!

Willy Mataitai vs Lou Higgins

Mataitai "Coco"

Record:  11-2 (1-0 HFC)
Key Wins:  Randy Randleman, David King, Clinch Machine
Key Losses: Hurricane Defoe, Lukasz Wieczorek
Manager:  Django Waits (SYNDICATE)

Notes - 11-2 is an impressive record for any fighter.  Having a title under your belt is another exceptional feat.  Losing that title to a fighter like Defoe may sting, but is nothing to hang your head about.  He may not have faced the stiff competition that Higgins has throughout his career, but he's got a few more fights and experience under his belt.  And the neither of these guys have winning records against stud fighters.  But, one of them will get a win against a stud in this one as they square off in what will surely be a display of fireworks, blood splatter, and ring girls fighting over who gets take the first round.  Because there's no doubt that both of these guys can finish and nobody would be shocked to see this one end in the first round.  This main event may not be a title fight, but this will definitely have the crowed standing and cheering and spilling beer on the white t-shirt wearing breasts in the row in front of them... which, subsequently may lead to some additional MMA action in the crowd.  Yes, we've hired extra security, so just focus on the fight and get ready for a war!

Higgins

Record:  9-3 (2-0 HFC)
Key Wins: Jolly Roger, David King, Randy Randleman
Key Losses: Ispa Murska, Winston Todd, Gilbervan Soares
Manager:  Optimal MMA Picks (NAUGHTLY CREW)

Notes - Since teaming up with new manager Optimal Picks, Higgins has reeled off an impressive 4 strait wins, the last 2 of which were in the HFC.  All three losses for Higgins comes under the tutilidge of Andy Down, and if the records are anything to show you can say that Optimal has gotten Higgins on the right page.  Not to down Andy, the last 2 losses against Murska and Todd were very difficult fights.  But with a 4-0 record since signing with Optimal, one can assume that Optimal will have his boy ready to go in this one as he takes on an impressive young talent in Willy Mataitai.

Adim Bulb vs Roberto Soldic

Bulb "Lights Out"

Record: 11-5 (8-3 HFC)
Key Wins:  Marcello Sosa, Joe Tidd, Jewel Diaz
Key Losses: Marcello Sosa, Forky Fork, Petchuanglek Sitsongrit
Manager:  Hare Rumpler (YABAI)

Notes - If Soldic having danced with Sosa 3 times makes him a front runner for next shot at the 145 title, then Bulb has to be THE front runner for the honor.  Bulb is a former 145 champion having been the only man to defeat Sosa in his HFC career.  Sosa avenged that loss, but nothing anyone can say or do will ever take that feat away from Bulb.  These two will go at it in what can only be consider a war of heart as none of us know who will be standing with their hands raised in the end.  If this fight were booked today for next month, this would be a title fight.  The winner of this fight will definitely be considered the front runner for the recently vacated HFC 145 belt.  Let's get it on!

Soldic "Robocop"

Record:  11-6 (7-3 HFC)
Key Wins:  Jewel Diaz, Daniel Barbosa, Nati Pisswater
Key Losses:  Marcello Sosa, Lorenzo Benedetti
Manager: P J Jones (Keyboard Warriors)

Notes - Soldic has been one of the top fighters in HFC for some time now.  He's been the unfortunate victim of being in the same weight class as HFC legend Marcello Sosa as he's just never found a way to defeat him.  Such was the outcome of his last fight as he lost his 2nd title shot to the champ.  But with Sosa moving over to an open ID org to challenge some of the best the world has to offer, doors have now opened up at HFC for a new champ to emerge.  This fight with Bulb will go a long way to determining who will step in to become the interim champ of the HFC Featherweight division.  I say interim due to the fact that Sosa has agreed to defend his title in HFC every few months, but this is no longer set in stone unless Sosa wants to come back and challenge for it.  Soldic is definitely one of the front runners for the position, and you can bet that he'll give Bulb everything he's got in this one.

Ademaro Dos Anjos vs Bjj Catch Wrestler

Dos Anjos (ADA) "Rickson 2.0"

Record: 15-6 (10-5 HFC)
Key Wins: Luke Glanton, Baruto Tonissaar, Chip Nickel
Key Losses: Chip Nickel, Joao Andrade, Vasil Petrov, Lucien Lachance
Manager: Hei Long King (Convicted Inc)

Notes - If you were in or following the HFC in 2020, you'll know ADA.  2020 Fighter of the Year and by all appearances an unstoppable force to be reckoned with.  With his manager having some non MMA issues to deal with, he's lacked the time to be properly involved which I attribute to the 4 strait losses by ADA.  Even though he comes in just a little low on the morale side, he's hoping that his Red Belt in BJJ will give him the edge over "Grappler."

Catch Wrestler "Grapple"

Record:  13-10 (6-6 HFC)
Key Wins:  Joe Tidd, Nati Pisswater, Lance Mills
Key Losses: Saggy Dinglestomper, Roberto Soldic, David Dilbrandt
Manager:  Donnie Jackson

Notes - One of those long term faithful fighters from Madness to HFC.  Never turning down a fight, never giving it less than his all.  Nothing spectacular about BJJ, but you don't reach 13 wins by sucking.  He'll give it his all against ADA and hope to be another disappointment to the form FotY.

Death Minister vs Blackout Mane

Minister

Record: 12-8 (3-2 HFC)
Key Wins: Chief Aztec, Ziggy Ozbourne, Armand Hammer
Key Losses: Scooter Bob, Ziggy Stardust, Samart Payakaroon
Manager: John Daugherty (The Guardians)

Notes - Minister is a bit of a favorite of mine as he's one of the HFC originals before taking a long stint in BFC.  Original underdog of the first ever HFC tournament who actually went on to win the bracket.  He's had an up and down career, but managed to win the BBFC title with an impressive TKO victory over Ziggy Ozbourne, only to turn around and lose it in his next fight to Ziggy Stardust.  With a 1-1 record since coming back to the HFC, he'll look to string together a few victories and send some more souls to hell.

Mane

Record: 7-8 (1-0 HFC)
Key Wins: Rafaelo Gracie, Kick Boxer Jr
Key Losses: Bruno Gehard, Ivan Jomoney
Manager: Donnie Jackson

Notes - Not a lot to talk about with Mane, other than the fact that after a shit start to his career and a career low 4 fight losing streak, he's since popped off 4 strait wins including his HFC debut against Gracie.  Will he keep the momentum or fall victim to the depths of hell.

Paul Boxaaja vs Jean Luc Jalbert

Boxaaja

Record:  5-4 (2-1 HFC)
Key Wins: Daniel Yonic, Shane Stead
Key Losses: James Kirk, Chip Nickel
Manager: Master Leader (SYNDICATE)

In some sick twist of fate, Butch thought it funny to pit two SYNDICATE managers against each other in this one.  Typically, unless in a title fight, the managers would not be willing to accept this.  But, fate would have it that on this day, these two warriors will slug it out for bragging rights within the alliance.  Since being picked up by Leader, Boxaaja has gone 3-1 with a loss in his last outting.  He hopes to turn the tide against a very tough opponent in Jalbert.  This should be a good fight, but Boxaaja needs to bring his "A" game to take this one.

Jalbert

Record: 10-4 (0-1 HFC)
Key Wins: Ispa Murska, Todd Wad, Hunter Broderick
Key Losses: Bishma Chontamenti, Winston Todd, Tanaka Matsuda
Manager: Django Waits (SYNDICATE)

Notes - Jalbert is a great fighter who has found himself in two title fights to date.  Unfortunately, he's been unable to win either of those fights.  He's 0-1 since joining the HFC and will be looking to turn that around with a  win over another up and coming fighter, Boxaaja.

Saggy Dinglestomper vs Nou Hematopoye

Dinglestomper "Low Balls"

Record: 7-5 (5-3 HFC)
Key Wins:  David Dillbrandt, Joe Tidd, Rukter Demenok
Key Losses: Rukter Demenok, Kai Kona, Juodasis Vaiduoklis
Manager:  Hare Rumpler (YABAI)

Notes - With the coming departure of Rukter Demenok, we may never see the rubber match of the trilogy between them.  Saggy has had an up and down career, seeming to look amazing in the cage at times and then getting taken down via decision in others.  He's got the potential to dominate this fight, but his history leaves us wandering where this one will end.  Can he finish Hematopoye, or will he leave it in the hands of the judges once again who obviously do not like his name.  Just to point out, the biggest win of his career was the shocking upset victory over David Dillbrandt.  Dillbrandts skillset is far superior of Hematopoye, so we will be tuning into this one to see some hopeful fireworks.  Let's just hope the judges don't dud this fight out.

Hematopoye

Record: 10-4 (1-1 HFC)
Key Wins:  Kevin Walters, Crotch Chewer, Donald Fisher
Key Losses:  Andy Veidt, Magnificent Chulalongkorn, Kevin Walters
Manager:  Whymer Van Mastodon (LEGION OF DOOM)

Notes - In his HFC debut, Hematopoye lost his debut against a very tough Andy Veidt.  In his last outing, however, he bounced back by not only capturing a win in the HFC, but avenging his first ever loss from Kevin Walters.  He fights an older HFC veteran in Dinglestomper and this will be a challenge for him no doubt.  But with a skilled manager, he's more than capable of pulling this one off.

Emporio Cannabino vs Razmik Grigorian

Cannabino "Smokerinho"

Record: 8-5-1 (1-0 HFC)
Key Wins:  Tyler Simmons, Conor McGregor, Razmik Grigorian
Key Losses: Conor McGregor, Manco Unknown, Winston Todd
Manager: Orce Mojsov

Notes - These two have met up once before back at BBFC 12 where Cannabino took the victory over Grigorian via Unanimous Decision.  He'll be looking to do more of the same in this one.  Looking at the list of his losses, most of his losses came from very solid opponents such as former champs Unknown, Todd, and Tonissaar.  Don't sleep on this guy, he's got the skills to end a fight or take it the distance.

Grigorian

Record: 7-3 (1-0 HFC)
Key Wins: Jorge Dos Santos, Hunter Broderick, Marco Battaglia
Key Losses: Chris Coryatt, Emporio Cannabino, Troy Marquez
Manager: Kostas Tsaq (LEGION OF DOOM)

Notes - Grigorian ended his BBFC career on a 2 fight losing streak, but has started things off on the right foot in HFC with a 1-0 record after winning his HFC debut against Dos Santos.  His next opponent won't make things easy on him, but we should see an excellent display of striking from both fighters in this one.

Malcom King vs Yoshinobu Tokugawa

King "The Big Yin"

Record: 9-6 (7-5 HFC)
Key Wins:  Luke Glanton, Boxing McSparr, Bald Martin
Key Losses: Lucien Lachance, Vasil Petrov, Aingot Nofud
Manager:  Marius Catalin (The Plumbers)

Notes - Another fighter under new management, Catalin takes over a promising prospect who's world fell out from under him.  At one point, King defeated Glanton to win the HFC title back at HFC 50.  But that's when the world turned upside down and he's since lost 5 strait.  Under Catalin's regime, he's 0-1 to a tough opponent in Vaiduoklis.  Tokugawa is nowhere near the fighter any of his losses were so there's high hope out of camp King that things are about to turn around.

Tokugawa

Record: 5-6 (0-2 HFC)
Key Wins: Chad Yonic, Bjarki Hly
Key Losses: Rimtas Kentas, Kai Kona
Manager: Butch Harris Does not get free wins (NAUGHTLY CREW)

Notes - It's worth pointing out that this fighter has been through a few managers, but has recently signed with Butch.  This will be his first action under Butch's regime and he'll hope to improve on his 0-2 HFC record under former management.  Not much of a success in grappling, Tokugawa has gone 2-7 in TWGC.  We'll see if Butch has what it takes to make him a competitive fighter after a career of disappointment.  Also worth pointing out, 4 of his 5 wins came from QFC.  Butch, we love the dedication to have someone in HFC and are rooting for you my boi!

Jingky Bacolod  vs  Kevin Submission

Bacolad

Record: 7-10
Key Wins:  Pierre Mvarre, Maris Lakis, Drax Bautista
Key Losses: Crucifix Hill, Julius Campbell, Crusty Bigg
Manager:  Ken Enlow
Notes - Since going 4-1 under former manager Grumpy Bastard, Bacolod has had a bit of a bumpy road.  He's managed only a 3 - 9 record under new management, and that won't cut it in any league.  Just as his opponent is looking to right the ship, Bacolad may be even more desperate for a win

Submission

Record:  4-7
Key Wins: Crucifix Hill, Jack Sparrow,
Key Losses:  Julius Campbell, Clarence Hoost
Manager: Shape Shifter (LEGION OF DOOM)

Notes - Submission has been on a hell of a slump of late.  With only one win in his last 7 fights, he needs to score a win here in a desperate way.  He's been in BBFC for some time and scored a huge win over Jack Sparrow in his first BFC fight.  Maybe he'll be able to do the same in this HFC debut.

Rafaelo Gracie  vs  Tom Trayans

Gracie

Record: 5-5
Key Wins:  Shay O Donnelly, Nobuki Imanari, Rimtas Kentas
Key Losses: Blackout Mane, Nati Pisswater, Juodasis Vaiduoklis
Manager:  Nicholas Bowers

Notes - Gracie comes into this fight well prepared and will most likely get the easy victory over the much less prepared Trayans.  This is a much needed outcome as he's lost his last three fights in a row and is in desperate need of a bounce back win to turn things around.

Trayans "Alpha"

Record: 7-6
Key Wins: Hector Torres, Chandler Nelson, Bob Brown
Key Losses: Pascal Barao, William Lati, Jake Prawira
Manager:  Michael Burns

Notes - When you enter a fight with 20% morale, you're in for a tough night.  Burns needs to buy his guy some new clothes as those same white shorts are not so white anymore.  Also key to note that this is Trayans first HFC fight having spent his entire career prior in WCF.

HFC 92 - Review

1627741619HFC%2092.jpg

What an unexpected surprise from a card with no title fights on it.  We had a ton of decisions, which means there were some good fights.  But also, we had 3 submissions, which I'm not sure has ever happened on a single card in HFC history, and two TKO's that were absolutely brutal.  Choosing the KO of the Night award was difficult, but surprise surprise, ADA looked back to his former glory with a closing seconds beatdown TKO victory over Wrestler.

Fight of the Night:
Dos Anjos vs Wrestler

Guys, when I say this fight was fight of the night, it was hands down the best fight of the evening.  There was a time when ADA would have been the hands down favorite to dominate this fight,  but that hasn't been the case of late.  But boy, did he turn heads in this one.  As much credit as I have to give ADA for his ruthless approach to this fight, the same credit has to be given to Wrestler for his ability to keep going.  ADA rocked Wrestler in the first, knocked him down in the 2nd, and finished him in the third and final round with under 30 seconds to go in the fight.  Wrestler never gave up, and even at the end he was trying to hold on but the ref had seen enough and ended the fight.  The fans in attendance gave the fight a 100% approval rating, and ADA moves back into the win column with a beautiful performance.

KO of the Night:
When choosing KO of the Night, I don't usually look at how fast the fight was finished.  Sometimes, it plays as a tie breaker when there are more than one great KO finish.  But usually, I look at how HARDCORE or brutal a finish was.  How the fans reacted, was it an upset?  Things like this.  This is why undercards have just as good a chance of getting the KotN award as a main event.
In the 6th and final undercard fight of the night, we had a quick under 2 minute finish that quite frankly, I didn't see coming.  This was a fight between two Syndicate managers which is something you won't often see, and the underdog won in hellacious fashion.

Jalbert came out head hunting, and Boxaaja mixed it up well landing a body kick, 3 combos, 2 body blows and the only strike to the head that ended the fight with a monster of an overhand right that caught Jalbert behind the ear and put him out cold.  For the KO, let's take it in a replay from the announcers calling the fight.

"Boxaaja feints with a jab and clips Jalbert right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Jalbert is sent crashing into the canvas and Boxaaja leaps in for the kill! Jalbert tries to get to his feet but Boxaaja is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Jalbert is in need of a savior and steps in!"

What a brutal finish, and what a great performance by Team Boxaaja.  Jalbert will be disappointed in this fight, but no doubt he'll bounce back.

Submission of the Night:

This is usually the easiest award to hand out as there is usually only one, if any submissions victories on the card.  Tonight, however, we had three!  The first came from Gracie over Trayans, but with Trayans coming into the fight unprepared, this was no surprise to anyone.  Secondly, Kevin Submission tapped out Bacolod in only 22 seconds.  That made him the runner up to the award, especially since Bacolod scored the takedown and basically landed right into a guillotine attempt by Submission for the win.

The fight that turned my head was the winner of the award as Mane tapped out Death Minister just over one minute into the fight.  Minister, as I stated before in the preview, is one of those fighters from our beginning.  He's lost some head scratchers, but I've seen him land some vicious KO's, such as the KO finish over Ziggy Ozbourne to earn the belt a few months back.

Mane was not going to let that happen to him so within a few seconds of the fight starting, he got a shoot takedown and dominated the fight on the ground, taking the KO power advantage for Minister out of the equation.  In just under two minutes, not only did Mane take away the KO power by putting the fight on the ground, he took away Ministers arm by nearly snapping it in two.  Minister was being evaluated by medical staff and we are still waiting word on if his arm is injured or not.  But let's take it to our announcers for the play by play of the finish.

"Mane maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura.  He's locked it up!  Minister could be in real trouble here!  He's trying to wriggle out but Mane has cracked it and Minister is screaming in pain - he's tapped out!  Great finish by Mane!"

Let me tell you, it's hard to make hells soul taker scream in pain, but Mane was not playing around this night and got the job done.  Hell of a submission, and a well deserved award.

Main Card:

Lou Higgins  DEF  Willy Mataitai  via Decision (Unanimous)

This was a good old fashion slugfest that went to the clinch briefly, and never touched the ground.  Higgins really dominated this fight though as he landed 57/88 head strikes, 32/44 body strikes compared to Mataitai's 12/70 head strikes and 3/25 body strikes.  Pretty easy for the judges to score this one a victory for Higgins after a dominant performance like that.

Adim Bulb  DEF  Roberto Soldic  via Decision (Unanimous)

In the fight I expected to be fight of the night, and it nearly was as it was the runner up, Bulb and Soldic squared off to solidify the #1 contender spot of the 145 division.  Again, if this fight had been booked after the title was vacated, this would have been the 145 title fight.  So Bulb has definitely locked in a spot for the next title fight to establish the next 145 champion.

Now these two beat the hell out of each other with a barrage of strikes from every conceivable angle.  Bouncing in and out of the clinch a couple of times and much more effective use of leg kicks is what dominated this fight for Bulb.  He took out Sosa once of his three attempts, and this efficient display of striking is how.  Soldic didn't do bad himself, showing why he has been in multiple title fights with Sosa as well, but tonight was Bulbs night landing 15/40 head strikes, 19/33 body strikes, 2/3 combos, 5/17 head kick, 20/36 leg kicks, and 4/9 body kicks to Soldic's 15/40 head strikes, 11/22 body strikes 0/2 combos, 3/11 head kicks, 10/27 leg kicks, and 3/9 body kicks.  There was a slight edge in the clinch for Bulb as well landing 3/3 total strikes to 0/5 for Soldic.  Hats off to the #1 contender and favorite to become your next HFC Featherweight champion of the world!

Ademaro Dos Anjos  DEF  Bjj Catch Wrestler via TKO (Kicks & Punches)  (FotN)

Many thought ADA's best days were behind him.  I thought he would use his Red belt in BJJ to defeat the Wrestler.  We were all wrong.   ADA got the win, but he got it by a thorough beatdown of "Grappler" in each round until finishing it in brutal fashion in the closing seconds.  More on this fight can be read in the FotN award section.

Blackout Mane  DEF  Death Minister  via  Submission (Kimura)  (SotN)

Another fight that ended differently than I expected.  I figured this fight would be a finish, and somehow thought Minister would find a way to land that coveted KO shot that he uses so often.  This was not to be the case.  As this fight was very brief, you can read about it in the SotN section.

Undercard:

Paul Boxaaja  DEF  Jean Luc Jalbert  via  TKO (Strikes)  (KotN)

Another fight that ended in an award.  Another quick fight that ended in brutal fashion as Boxaaja upsets Jalbert in a big way.  You can read more about this fight in the KotN section.

Saggy Dinglestomper  DEF  Nou Hematopoye  via  Decision (Unanimous)

Ol' Saggy was the older and more experienced fighter here tonight, but that didn't stop Hematopoye from giving it his all and taking it the distance.  The veteran won the fight but was unable to put away the up and comer as it was left in the judges hands yet again, but this time it worked out for the Dinglestomper as all three judges scored the fight 30-27 for the winner, Saggy Dinglestomper.  As we're just getting back into the swing of things here, I can't yet tell you what implications this may have on the division, but the end of month rankings are just around the corner so that picture will be painted soon enough.

Razmik Grigorian  DEF  Emporio Cannabino  via  Decision (Unanimous)

This fight looked like what you would imagine a wrestling match would look like if it stayed standing the whole time.  Every round these two went in and out of the clinch with their sweaty man hugs and nipple twists until the final bell end the fight and the judges had to tally their points.  Cannabino mixed things up much more effectively but was hell bent on taking the fight to the clinch as he attempted 18 clinch attempts, managing to be successful in 8 of them.  In the clinch, however, he only managed to land 7 of 13 strikes.  His counterpart was more focused on staying at range and took advantage of the time he spent at a distance as he scored 48 of 92 strikes compared to Cannabino's 12 of 58 strikes.  The judges had no problem giving the victory to Grigorian, though they were a little conflicted on the score of the last round.

Malcom King  DEF  Yoshinobu Tokugawa  via Decision (Unanimous)

How about the King back in the winners column??  After 5 strait losses, Malcom King finds himself a with his hands raised at the end of a fight for the first time in a long time.  Two veteran managers had their guys coached up well for this one, but the King outclassed Tokugawa in every aspect of the fight.  While Tokugawa did manage to land 5 of his 15 takedown attempts, once on the ground King showed outstanding defensive grappling skills and outworked his opponent on the ground.  From range, this fight wasn't even close.  King was head hunting landing 45 of 61 head strikes, but the most impressive aspect of his performance was his outstanding accuracy.  68/89 strikes.. over 76% of his strikes landed, picking apart the defense of Tokugawa.  King also impressed with his defense as he held Tokugawa to 12/56 (21%) striking.  He did give up 33% takedown attempts, but with his ability to position himself on the ground, King just stood out in this one and looked like the fighter he once was when he made his title run.

Kevin Submission  DEF  Jingky Bacolod  via  Submission (Guillotine)

Our fastest finish of the evening, and runner up to SotN award, Submission took out Bacolod in a fight that I thought would at least make it to the 2nd round.  Submission lived up to his name with a quick submission victory over Bacolod that the Bacolod corner would call a bit of a Jingky result.....  yeah, I went there.  They didn't leave me any other content...

Rafaelo Gracie  DEF  Tom Trayans  via  Submission (Kimura)

This fight was dominated by Gracie just as we knew it would.  When you come into a fight unprepared and expecting to lose as Trayans did, what other result would you expect?  Nothing to say about this as I don't like talking about a fight involving a fighter so unprepared.
